Abstract: A virtual fitting apparatus is provided with a user information acquiring unit, a wearing item information acquiring unit, a prediction condition acquiring unit, a prediction unit, and an output unit. The user information acquiring unit acquires physical information on a user. The wearing item information acquiring unit acquires wearing item information related to characteristics of a predetermined wearing item. The prediction condition acquiring unit acquires, as a prediction condition, information related to a situation in which a predetermined exercise is performed. The prediction unit predicts, based on the physical information, the wearing item information, and the prediction condition, a user state resulting when the user does the predetermined exercise by wearing the predetermined wearing item. The output unit outputs information related to the predicted user state.

Abstract: A prediction device includes: an input device that receives an input of measurement data of the foot shape of the person in a first loaded state, a processing circuitry is using a prediction model trained by machine learning to predict the foot shape of the person in a second loaded state in which a load is different from the first loaded state based on the measurement data received by the input device, and an output device that outputs prediction data of the foot shape of the person in the second loaded state predicted by the processing circuitry. The prediction model is generated in advance through training by machine learning based on training measurement data of a foot shape of a person for training in the first loaded state and training shape data of the foot shape of the person for training in the second loaded state.

Abstract: Provided are an insole designing apparatus, an insole designing method, and a program for use in designing an insole replaceable with and used instead of an insole currently used in footwear. The insole designing apparatus designs the insole of the footwear. The insole designing apparatus includes: an input device that receives an input of data; a processing circuitry that calculates design data of the insole based on the data received by the input device; and an output device that outputs the design data calculated by the processing circuitry. The data received by the input device at least includes first data associated with a user's foot shape and second data associated with an inside of the footwear. The processing circuitry calculates the design data based on the first data and the second data.

Abstract: A last includes a first part having a first plate-shaped portion and a second part having a second part-side receiving portion having a cutout shape. When the first plate-shaped portion is received in the second part-side receiving portion, the first part and the second part are assembled. The second part includes a second part-side engaging portion having a protruding shape on an inner side surface in a portion defining the second part-side receiving portion, and the first plate-shaped portion has a main surface with a first part-side to-be-engaged portion having a through hole shape or a recessed shape. When the first plate-shaped portion is inserted into the second part-side receiving portion, the first plate-shaped portion is fitted into the second part-side receiving portion, and the first part-side to-be-engaged portion is engaged by the second part-side engaging portion.

Abstract: Footwear includes a footbed portion including a support region. The support region includes an upper surface-side projection portion forming region having a plurality of upper surface-side projection portions. A maximum outer dimension in a cross-section orthogonal to a projecting direction of each of the plurality of upper surface-side projection portions is not greater than 3.0 mm. A projection length of each of the plurality of upper surface-side projection portions is not less than 4.0 mm and not greater than 13.0 mm, and an arrangement density of the plurality of upper surface-side projection portions in the upper surface-side projection portion forming region is not less than 10% and not greater than 100% in terms of an area ratio. An elastic modulus of a material forming the plurality of upper surface-side projection portions is not less than 0.1 MPa and not greater than 100 MPa.
