Abstract: A display substrate (10) and a display device are disclosed, relating to the field of display technology. At least part of a first region (101b1) and a third region (101b3) of a flexible substrate (101) included in a display substrate (10) have a small thickness, and a region with a small thickness in the flexible substrate (101) has good stretchability; therefore, the first region (101b1) and the third region (101b3) of the flexible substrate (101) have good stretchability, such that the accuracy of attaching the display substrate (10) formed by the flexible substrate (101) to a curved cover glass is ensured. Furthermore, as a second region (101b2) of the flexible substrate (101) has a uniform thickness and a large thickness, the second region (101b2) has large rigidity, such that wrinkles are prevented at an edge portion by which the display substrate (10) is attached to the curved cover glass, achieving the effect of attaching the display substrate (10) to the curved cover glass, and the good display effect of a display device.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel, a manufacturing method and a stretchable display device. The display panel includes a rigid substrate; a flexible substrate and an encapsulation layer.
