    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device, and relates to the field of display technology. The display substrate includes a base substrate, and a driving circuitry layer and a light-emitting unit arranged on the base substrate. The driving circuitry layer includes a first gate metal layer, and a pattern of the first gate metal layer includes a gate line. The first gate metal layer includes a first conductive layer with resistivity less than a first threshold and a Young's modulus less than a second threshold, and a first conductive protection layer arranged at a side of the first conductive layer away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel includes: a substrate; a driving layer, arranged on one side of the substrate and including multiple circuit units distributed in an array, multiple row wiring harnesses, and multiple column wiring harnesses; where the circuit unit includes multiple pixel circuits; the row wiring harness includes multiple row wirings distributed at intervals along a column direction, the column wiring harness includes multiple column wirings distributed at intervals along a row direction; orthographic projections of the row wiring harnesses and the column wiring harnesses on the substrate cross and separate multiple transparent regions, and a region of the driving layer corresponding to the transparent region is a transparent structure; and a light emitting layer, arranged on a surface of the driving layer away from the substrate, and including multiple device units distributed in an array; where the device units correspond to the transparent regions.

    Abstract: Provided in the present disclosure are a display substrate, a fabrication method therefor, and a display apparatus. The method comprises: forming a pixel defining layer on the surface of one side of a substrate, said layer defining an opening; forming a light-emitting layer in the opening; forming a sacrificial layer and a photoresist layer on the surface of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate, the orthographic projection of the sacrificial layer on the substrate at least partially overlapping the orthographic projection of the opening on the substrate, and the photoresist layer being located on the surface of the sacrificial layer away from the substrate; forming a first metal layer on the surfaces of the pixel defining layer and the photoresist layer away from the substrate; removing the sacrificial layer, the photoresist layer, and the first metal layer located on the surface of the photoresist layer away from the substrate, and exposing the opening; and forming a second metal layer in the opening and on the surface of the first metal layer away from the substrate. A cathode of the display substrate fabricated by using the described method is thinner in the opening and thicker on the surface of the pixel defining layer. The light-emitting efficiency is high, and the voltage drop is relatively low. The display effect is good, and costs are low.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent device and a display panel. The organic electroluminescent device provided by the present disclosure includes: a first electrode, a second electrode and a light-emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an optical structure located at a side of the first electrode facing away from the light-emitting layer. A reflectance of the optical structure with respect to light of a specific wavelength band is greater than a reflectance of the optical structure with respect to light of a wavelength band other than the specific wavelength band, the light of the specific wavelength band being light emitted by the organic electroluminescent device, and a material for forming the optical structure includes at least one of nitrogen, oxygen, and fluorine.
