The piezoelectric device includes: at least three electrode layers stacked alternately, and a piezoelectric layer located between every two adjacent electrode layers. For all the electrode layers, the electrode layers located on the odd-numbered layers are electrically connected to each other, the electrode layers located on the even-numbered layers are electrically connected to each other, and the electrode layers located on the odd-numbered layers are insulated from the electrode layers located on the even-numbered layers.
