Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are provided, the display substrate includes a driving circuit substrate, a plurality of first electrodes and a pixel definition layer, and the driving circuit substrate includes a plurality of pixel driving circuits and a protective insulating layer. The first sub-electrode layer is electrically connected to the second sub-electrode layer through the first opening in the transition layer.
