摘要: An ice maker for a domestic refrigeration device includes an ice-making tray having a plurality of freezing cavities which are divided between multiple cavity rows arranged one behind the other in a first tray extension direction. Freezing cavities arranged adjacent to one another in pairs in the first tray extension direction are separated on a tray underside of the ice-making tray by an indentation. The ice maker also includes a wall element for delimiting, in a freezing operating position of the wall element relative to the ice-making tray, a cold air channel between the underside of the ice-making tray and the wall element, which cold air channel extends substantially over the entire length of the ice-making tray in the first tray extension direction. The wall element is designed with at least one air-deflecting formation which projects locally into the cold air channel.

摘要: An ice-making device for a refrigerator or freezer comprises: an ice-making tray having an upper side, a lower side, a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction of said tray, wherein said ice-making tray is mounted so as to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation which is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tray; a collecting container arranged underneath the ice-making tray for catching ice which falls out of said ice-making tray when the latter is in an emptying rotational position; a wall structure which, when the ice-making tray is in an ice-making rotational position, delimits a first air duct which runs underneath said ice-making tray and is open towards the underside of said tray, wherein said first air duct runs in the longitudinal direction of the tray and extends over substantially the entire length of the ice-making tray, wherein the wall structure has at least one wall element which, when the ice-making tray is in the ice-making rotational position, projects into a falling trajectory of the ice falling out of said ice-making tray and is arranged so as to be movable out of said falling trajectory; and a cold air supply system which is designed for the purpose of directing cold air into the first air duct in such a way that said cold air flows, within said first air duct, in the direction from a first longitudinal end of the tray to an opposite, second longitudinal end of said ice-making tray.

摘要: A device for selectively providing crushed or uncrushed ice includes a storage receptacle for storing uncrushed ice pieces, and a grinder, which is fed with ice pieces from the storage receptacle, for crushing the ice pieces. The grinder is concealed behind an end wall which is arranged on a side of the grinder that is opposite the storage receptacle. A mechanical switching element is associated with the grinder and can be switched between two working positions. In its first working position, ice pieces received from the storage receptacle are necessarily introduced into the operating range of the grinder and in its second working position a bypass passage is freed for ice pieces received from the storage receptacle past the grinder. The device also includes a movable adjusting element in mechanical adjusting connection with the switching element.

摘要: An ice maker for fitting into a door of a cooling or freezing device includes an ice-making tray which is arranged to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, has a plurality of ice-piece-making cavities and a side wall arrangement which extends upwards beyond the ice-piece-making cavities and runs along the periphery of the tray. The ice maker further includes a drive unit for driving the ice-making tray in rotation about the axis of rotation. At least one slot is formed in the side wall arrangement and passes through the side wall arrangement over its entire wall thickness. Alternatively or in addition, at least a portion of the side wall arrangement is made of a different material than a bottom tray part on which the ice-piece-making cavities are formed. Both measures improve the twistability of the ice-making tray for breaking frozen ice pieces away from the tray.
