The present invention discloses a method for refreshing a single ring address of an Ethernet ring, which method comprises: achieving address refresh on an on-ring port at one side of a same node by the control of a refresh timer. The present invention further discloses a system for refreshing a single ring address of an Ethernet ring, which system comprises: an address refresh achieving unit configured to achieve address refresh on an on-ring port at one side of a same node by the control of a refresh timer. The method and system of the present invention reduces the number of refreshes of the address forwarding table and improves the efficiency and stability of Ethernet ring protection, thus greatly promoting the performance of the Ethernet ring.

The present invention provides a method for blocking a protocol message at a Sub-ring control channel without a virtual channel, for avoiding the problem that the Sub-ring is in a continuous refresh state all the time caused by the existing solution of the Sub-ring control channel without the virtual channel, and the method includes: blocking forwarding of relevant messages when a forced switch is initiated or a failure is detected.

A method and a system for refreshing addresses are disclosed. Said method includes: when state switching between a link fault and a fault recovery occurs in a link, a node where a port related to this link is situated refreshing an address forwarding list, and configuring a flag PF for suspending an operation of refreshing an address forwarding list on other ports of this node, and sending protocol message with address refreshing information to other nodes; and when ports of other nodes receive said protocol message, refreshing the address forwarding list only when identifier information included in this protocol message is inconsistent with identifier information stored in this port and this port is not configured with said PF flag. Said method and system judge whether to refresh the address forwarding list according to said PF flag, and determine whether to refresh the address forwarding list according to the judgment result.

A method and device for transmitting a control message based on a multi-ring Ethernet are provided, wherein the method comprises the following steps: control virtual local area networks of a main ring and a sub-ring are configured (S1002); and a main ring node receives a sub-ring control message from the sub-ring, forwards the sub-ring control massage to the other main ring nodes on the main ring via a data plane, and synchronously realizes the blocking or opening of the sub-ring control message and a data message in the data plane (S1004). With the technical scheme of the present invention, the sub-ring control message is forwarded by the main ring node via the data plane, which avoids the latency of a sub-ring control message processing performed by a control plane, and thus solves the problem that the time for the main ring node to process the sub-ring control message is too long during existing control message transmission process, avoids the control message loop situation caused by the transmission of the sub-ring control message over the main ring, and improves the network performance.

The present disclosure discloses a method for preventing repeated updating of an address table in Ethernet ring network protection, including: an Ethernet ring network node sends an Ethernet ring network protection protocol frame and encapsulates its own node information into the Ethernet ring network protection protocol frame; an Ethernet ring network node receives the Ethernet ring network protection protocol frame and matches the node information encapsulated in the received Ethernet ring network protection protocol frame with its own node information; and when the matching is successful, the Ethernet ring network node does not update the address table. The present disclosure further discloses a system for preventing repeated updating of an address table in Ethernet ring network protection. In the system, a matching unit is used for matching the node information encapsulated in the received Ethernet ring network protection protocol frame with the node information of an Ethernet ring network node itself; and when the matching is successful, the Ethernet ring network node does not update the address table. Through the method and system of the disclosure, the problem of repeated updating of an address table in Ethernet ring network protection in the scenario of requesting local protection switching can be solved.

An Ethernet traffic statistics and analysis method comprises: according to two pieces of port traffic information reported continuously by each of two traffic analyzed nodes which are connected to any one link and a reporting time interval, a traffic analyzing node counting traffic of packets passing through the link, traffic of lost packets and corresponding rates, and constructing an analytic diagram according to the rate of the traffic of the lost packets counted every time. An Ethernet traffic statistics and analysis system is also provided. The solution performs statistics and analysis on the traffic on the link in the Ethernet, and reflects the current state of the link accurately and visually. When a fault occurs or a packet is lost on the link, the fault position can be quickly located, and the efficiency of management and maintenance can be increased.

A method and a system for preventing a network storm from presenting in a multi-ring Ethernet, the method comprises: when a link in the multi-ring Ethernet is failed, at most one ring protecting link is unblocked, the ring protecting link and the failed link being in a same logic area. Wherein each link in the multi-ring Ethernet belongs uniquely to one logic area, when a link in the multi-ring Ethernet is failed, a master node of a logic area to which the failed link belongs unblocks a ring protecting link; or each link in the multi-ring Ethernet respectively belongs to one or more logic areas, each logic area is set with a priority, when a link in the multi-ring Ethernet is failed, the ring protecting link of one logic area which contains the failed link and has a highest priority is unblocked by the master node of the logic area.

A method for processing Ethernet ring messages and a corresponding Ethernet ring protection system are provided. The method comprises distinguishing a message to be processed by processors of transit nodes from that not to be processed by the processors of the transit nodes, and setting a distinguishing identifier when constituting a message; after receiving the message, the transit node forwarding the message not to be processed by the processor thereof to other nodes, or sending the message to be processed by the processor of the transit node to other nodes and meanwhile reporting the message to its processor depending on the distinguishing identifier; the system comprises a master node and transit nodes which generates messages with the distinguishing identifier and performs different process for these messages according to the distinguishing identifier.

The disclosure discloses a path switch-back method and apparatus in a transport network, belongs to the field of communications, and is used for avoiding the problem that signals can not be switched back to a working path from a protection path when the links in two directions of the working path between nodes in the transport network are restored from fault simultaneously. The path switch-back method in a transport network provided by the disclosure includes: a local node determines two failed links on the working path between an opposite node and itself are restored to normal simultaneously (S101); the local node enters a Wait To Restore (WTR) state (S102); and the local node switches signals back to the working path when the WTR state ends (S103). The disclosure is used for realizing that signals are switched back to the working path from the protection path when the links in two directions of the working path between nodes in the transport network are restored from fault simultaneously.

The present invention provides a method for measuring switching time of an Ethernet ring network, which comprises the following steps: synchronizing a local time of each node in the Ethernet ring network (301); when switching occurs in the Ethernet ring network, each node recording its own start time of the switching and end time of the switching (302); comparing all the time of the switching to obtain a maximum end time of the switching and a minimum start time of the switching among all the nodes, and calculating a difference between the maximum end time of the switching and the minimum start time of the switching (303) to serve as the switching time of the Ethernet ring network. The present invention also provides an apparatus for measuring switching time of the Ethernet ring network. By applying the method and apparatus, the switching time of the Ethernet ring network can be measured precisely, which facilitates the maintenance, fault location and service influence estimation etc. of the Ethernet ring network.
