Abstract: A method for transmitting a synchronization sequence, and a method and a device for synchronization detection are provided, the method for transmitting the synchronization sequence including: setting a target synchronization sequence with good autocorrelation characteristic, where at least one segment of sequence truncated in a time domain or a frequency domain of the target synchronization sequence is a sub-synchronization sequence, and the sub-synchronization sequence has good autocorrelation characteristic and the sub-synchronization sequences have good cross-correlation between each other; and transmitting the target synchronization sequence to a user equipment.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem in the prior art of conflict between a time domain resource used by a terminal for random access and a time domain resource occupied for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI. In embodiments of the present application, a terminal determines a PRACH time domain resource configured by a base station for the terminal; when determining that at least one time slot comprises a first type of OFDM symbols used for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the at least one time slot. In the embodiments of the present application, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the time slot, so that conflict between the time domain resource used for random access and the time domain resource occupied for transmission of the SS Block and/or RMSI is avoided, and the system performance is further improved.

Abstract: A measurement gap determination method, a UE and a network side device are provided. The measurement gap determination method includes: receiving, by a UE, measurement configuration information of a SS block of at least one BWP transmitted from a network side device, wherein the UE operates at the BWP on which no SS block is transmitted when the UE receives the measurement configuration information; determining, by the UE, a measurement gap for the measurement of the SS block on the at least one BWP in accordance with the measurement configuration information; and measuring, by the UE, the SS block on the at least one BWP in the measurement gap.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a radio link monitoring method and apparatus, the method comprising: when a UE performs radio link monitoring, the UE monitors a downlink signal of a primary serving cell to obtain monitoring results; and the UE compares the monitoring results with an required synchronization threshold to determine whether the UE is in a synchronized state; the synchronization threshold is determined on the basis of preset parameters. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art of the complexity of defining RLM performance requirements, and being unable to provide the needed flexibility for supporting different specific systems by means of adjusting thresholds.
