Abstract: The present disclosure provides in some embodiments a method and a device for transmitting CSI. The method for transmitting the CSI includes steps of: determining, by a UE, a first number of bits used for a joint encoding operation on a BI and a RI, the BI being configured to indicate an index of a resource for transmitting a reference signal corresponding to the RI measured by the UE, an identical first number of bits being used for the joint encoding operation on RI(s) and the BI corresponding to all resources for transmitting the reference signal; and performing, by the UE, the joint encoding operation on the RI and the BI in accordance with the first number of bits to acquire encoding information, and transmitting the encoding information.

Abstract: An uplink transmission method and an uplink transmission device are provided. The uplink transmission method includes: detecting an UL grant on a target time-domain resource and a target frequency-domain resource in a first time unit, the UL grant being to schedule one or more UEs to perform uplink transmission in a target time unit, a time unit having a predefined length of B1 subframes or B2 symbols, where B1 and B2 are each an integer greater than or equal to 1; acquiring scheduling information for the UE in the target time unit from the UL grant; and performing the uplink transmission on a time-domain resource and a frequency-domain resource scheduled in the target time unit in accordance with the scheduling information.

Abstract: A signal processing method and apparatus, a device, and a computer readable storage medium are provided, which relate to the field of communication technology, to reduce collisions of physical broadcast channel (PBCH) demodulation reference signals (DMRSs). The signal processing method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure includes: generating a plurality of candidate PBCH DMRS sequences; acquiring a mapping relationship between PBCH DMRS sequences and resource element (RE) groups; and transmitting the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences by using RE groups corresponding to the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences according to the mapping relationship. Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure may reduce collisions of PBCH DMRSs.

The measurement gap determination method includes: receiving, by a UE, measurement configuration information of a SS block of at least one BWP transmitted from a network side device, wherein the UE operates at the BWP on which no SS block is transmitted when the UE receives the measurement configuration information; determining, by the UE, a measurement gap for the measurement of the SS block on the at least one BWP in accordance with the measurement configuration information; and measuring, by the UE, the SS block on the at least one BWP in the measurement gap.
