    Abstract: The present invention discloses a wheel machining technology in which blank quantity is furthest removed by using a 90-degree external turning tool. Under the premise that the rotation direction of a wheel is unchanged, an upper trench of a groove is processed by using a left-handed special cutting-off cutter. Under the premise that the rotation direction of the wheel is unchanged, a lower trench of the groove is processed by using a right-handed special cutting-off cutter. The left-handed special cutter and the right-handed special cutter are added to the wheel machining technology disclosed by the present invention, so as to complete the processing of a groove of an outer wheel rim; a processing program can be pre-edited, so that processed effects conform to the design requirements of drawings of products.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of hole machining equipment, and provides a hole chamfering device including blades in bilateral symmetry and a blade posture adjusting assembly. The hole chamfering device not only can be fed from the front face of a hole to complete chamfering work on the front face of the hole, but also can solve the problem of chamfering the back face of the hole under the condition that a chamfering tool cannot be directly fed from the back face of the hole. The hole chamfering device can be fed from the front face of the hole to complete chamfering work on the front face and the back face of the hole, and meanwhile, can remove burrs in the hole, thereby meeting the machining requirement of conventional chamfering of the hole.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a wheel cleaning and blowing method. A flange plate on a sliding table I ascends from a low position to a high position, a flange plate on a sliding table II descends from a preset high position to the low position. A upper servo motor is started to drive the sliding table I and the sliding table II to move synchronously to the center, the wheel entering a cleaning system is cleaned in all directions. A lower servo motor is started to drive a rotating disk to rotate 180 degrees, the wheel enters a blowing system from the cleaning system. The upper servo motor stops working, the idle sliding table II moves to the initial position of the left station, the sliding table I moves to the initial position of the right station.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a device for automatically removing burrs from a riser of an aluminum alloy wheel. The device is composed of a frame, a clamping gear rack structure, a support plate, a servo motor and the like. When a clamping cylinder drives a first sliding plate to move, clamping wheels are controlled to center and clamp the wheel, and the servo motor controls the rotation of the clamping wheels, so that the wheel may rotate while being clamped. When a distance adjusting cylinder drives a second sliding block to move, a first sliding block and the second sliding block move synchronously under the action of a feed gear rack structure, so that a first deburring tool and a second deburring tool move synchronously to adjust the distance between them according to the diameter of a cap slot.

    Abstract: A wheel bolt hole chamfer device is composed of a base, a support frame, a lower servo motor, a turntable, stop blocks, guide rails, strong springs, a driving friction wheel, driven shafts, driven friction wheels, chamfer cutters and the like. The device can be put into a production line as a fourth-procedure machining device, and bolt hole chamfers are no longer machined in three procedures, so that the three-procedure machining time is reduced; and after the fourth procedure for machining the bolt hole chamfers is supplemented, the machining time of a single wheel is shortened, and the efficiency is improved. The device integrates pitch diameter adjustment and rotating drive of the chamfer cutters, so that a drive system and a power system are greatly simplified, i.e., the manufacturing cost of the device is reduced, all bolt hole chamfers can be machined at the same time.
