    Abstract: An implantable medical device includes a housing. A first ID tag is secured relative to the housing at a first position and defines a first radiopaque manufacturer code section that visually identifies a manufacturer of the implantable medical device. A second ID tag is secured relative to the housing at a second position that is offset from the first position in at least one dimension. The second ID tag defines a second radiopaque manufacturer code section that also visually identifies the manufacturer of the implantable medical device.

    Abstract: An implantable leadless pacing device and delivery system may comprise an implantable leadless pacing device and a catheter configured to deliver the implantable leadless packing device to a target location. The implantable device may comprise a power source, circuitry operatively coupled to the power source, a housing at least partially enclosing the circuitry, a first electrode secured relative to and offset from a longitudinal axis of the housing and exposed exterior to the housing, and a fixation mechanism secured relative to the housing. The fixation mechanism may comprise at least one tine configured to move between an elongated delivery configuration and a curved deployed configuration and radially offset from the first electrode. The catheter may comprise a distal holding section defining a cavity configured to receive the implantable leadless pacing device.

The device module may have a proximal end and a distal end, and may include a power source and a controller that is operably coupled to the power source. The device module may include a first part of a releasable connector while the fixation module may include a second part of the releasable connector, wherein the first part of the releasable connector and the second part of the releasable connector cooperate to releasably connect the device module with the fixation module.

An outer housing surface includes a first region having a first surface texture with a first average surface roughness and a second region having a second surface texture with a second average surface roughness that is different from the first average surface roughness. An insulative layer includes a first region overlying the first surface texture and a second region overlying the second surface texture, wherein an outer surface of the insulative layer emulates the first surface texture in the first region of the insulative layer and emulates the second surface texture in the second region of the insulative layer.
