Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for determining an RA-RNTI. In the present application, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by a terminal; the base station determines an RA-RNTI according to a time-frequency resource occupied by the random access preamble, wherein the time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol level; and the base station sends a random access response message, wherein the random access response message comprises downlink control information allocated, by the base station, for the terminal, and the downlink control information is scrambled using the RA-RNTI. By means of the present application, an RA-RNTI can be determined during a random access process of an NR system.

Abstract: A timing advance indication method, a base station, a terminal and a device are provided. The method includes: transmitting subcarrier spacing configuration information of a physical uplink shared channel and/or a physical uplink control channel to a terminal; receiving a preamble fed back by the terminal based on subcarrier spacing configuration information; obtaining a quantized value of a timing advance corresponding to a tracking area based on the preamble; and transmitting the quantized value of the timing advance to the terminal.

Abstract: A random access method, a base station and a User Equipment (UE) are provided. A random access method applied to a base station side includes: receiving, by using a pre-configured first SubCarrier Spacing (SCS), a first random access preamble message transmitted by a UE when the base station instructs the UE to perform an initial access according to a contention-based random access mechanism; transmitting, by using a predetermined second SCS or a third SCS configured by a network, a first Random Access Response (RAR) message to the UE; receiving, by using a predetermined fourth SCS or a fifth SCS configured by the network, a first scheduling transmission message transmitted by the UE; and transmitting, by using a predetermined sixth SCS or a seventh SCS configured by the network, a first collision resolution message to the UE, to complete the initial access.

Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method, device, and system. The method comprises: for the transmission of random access uplink data, according to the correspondence between preambles and data resources as described by a protocol, determining the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission, different preambles corresponding to different data resources; transmitting the preamble and the uplink data that uses the determined data resource. In the embodiments of the present invention, a protocol describes the correspondence between preambles and data resources. For the transmission of random access uplink data, the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission can be determined, and different preambles correspond to different data resources. Thus it can be ensured that different users use different data resources to bear uplink data, thereby enabling the data portion multiplexing for multiple users.

Abstract: An uplink scheduling-free transmission method and an uplink scheduling-free transmission device are provided. The uplink scheduling-free transmission method includes: dividing, by a base station, MA resources into groups of MA resources, and configuring, by the base station, the groups of MA resources to obtain at least two groups of MA resource pools, wherein at least parts of respective MA resources in the at least two groups of MA resource pools are different from each other; and notifying, by the base station, a UE of the at least two groups of MA resource pools, to enable the UE to select an MA resource pool from the at least two groups of MA resource pools, wherein the selected MA resource pool is to be used by the UE.
