    Abstract: Disclosed are downlink control information transmission and reception methods and devices, for solving the technical problem of excessive high power consumption caused by high workload of terminal monitoring in the case of higher frequency. The method comprises: a base station determines at least one beam direction for transmitting downlink control information of a terminal, and generates first downlink control channel configuration information according to at least one determined beam direction, the first downlink control channel configuration information being used for indicating the beam direction of the downlink control information transmitted by the base station to the terminal; after transmitting the first downlink control channel configuration information to the terminal, the base station transmits the downlink control information to the terminal in the at least one beam direction.

    Abstract: A method for determining and configuring a resource used for transmitting downlink data, a terminal and a base station: the base station configures, for each terminal, resource collections or resource collection subgroups used for receiving downlink data, and then the base station notifies the terminal, by means of an explicit signaling, whether all of the resource collections or each resource collection of the configured resource collections are available, or whether all of resource collection subgroups or each resource collection subgroup of the resource collection subgroups are available, thus allowing the terminal to determine, according to the notification, the time-frequency resource position of a resource used to receive downlink data, so that the terminal may carry out rate matching on the determined resource.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink data retransmission method and terminal. The method comprises: a terminal determining whether to spontaneously retransmit first uplink data; and if the terminal determines to spontaneously retransmit the first uplink data, the terminal retransmitting the first uplink data on a physical resource that is pre-configured on a network side. The application adopts the above technical solution to resolve the technical problem in which, for a URLLC service, if a retransmission mechanism is based on a conventional HARQ mechanism, a certain time interval is required between two adjacent transmissions of uplink data, which may result in retransmission being unsupported for a certain time delay requirement and configuration, and as a result a reliability requirement for the URLLC service cannot be met.
