    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical recording medium including a substrate and a recording layer having a bi-metal film layer structure formed on a surface of the substrate. The recording layer includes a first metal recording layer of a Ge metal thin film and a second metal recording layer of an Au metal thin film. The bi-metal film layer structure can be formed by sputtering, which is therefore compatible with a conventional disc process. In the optical recording medium, a write area of the recording layer is heated by laser irradiation to reach an eutectic point and melted to form alloy. A write recording point can be distinguished by telling a difference in reflectance between the alloy area and the non-reacted metal area, and thus may be used in both a low-speed recording and a high-speed recording, and can be used in FVD and blue ray DVD recorder.

    摘要: A high access rate flash control provided for accessing more than one flash memory chip having different access timing specifications is disclosed. The controller comprises a read/write (R/W) pulse generator, a R/W delay chain circuit, a sampling delay chain circuit, a bi-directional feedback pad (PAD1), a data bus sampler, and a second pad (PAD2). In an embodiment, the flash controller using a fix clock to generate synchronized Read/Write pulse which is then appropriated adjusted by the R/W delay chain circuit to provide optimum R/W control signal. The adjusted R/W signal is than outputted by a bi-directional pad to flash memory chips. With the external signal feedback function, the bi-directional pad has associated with the sampling delay chain, the time latency due to pads can be eliminated nearly. Thus, the flash controller can approach high rate to access flash chips.

The button housing has a retractable sleeve with an annular shoulder, and the body has an outer lip and an inner lip. A seal device comprises a compression fitting, and an elastic seal with an outer and an inner flange. The zeal is securely mounted on the annular shoulder of the retractable sleeve, and the hollow shaft presses down on the inner flange of the elastic seal. The compression fitting is securely attached to the outer flange of the elastic seal to mount the elastic seal between the outer and inner lip of the body.

    摘要: An apparatus for simulating a target at a variable distance and speed includes a transceiver, isolators, a signal delayer, a wave mixer and a signal attenuator. The isolators receive a signal from the transceiver. The signal delayer receives the signal from the isolators and accordingly simulates a delay value at a distance. The wave mixer is connected to the signal delayer. A Doppler shift is introduced into the apparatus through the wave mixer. The signal attenuator is connected to the isolators and the wave mixer for producing an adjustable attenuated signal corresponding to a variable distance.

    摘要: A rail-type grounding terminal structure composed of a metal grounding member and an insulating housing. The grounding member has better operation elasticity and can be easily tightly connected with a grounding rail. The grounding member includes a metal insertion leg mountable on a leaf spring mount, a bow section connected with the metal insertion leg and a first end and a second end respectively outward extending from the bow section and latched on a grounding rail. The metal insertion leg has a slightly outward deflected head end and a neck wall formed thereunder. When the metal insertion leg is mounted on the leaf spring mount, the leaf spring mount exerts a reaction force to urge the grounding member to tightly attach to lower side of the housing. Therefore, a gap is defined between the grounding member and the housing for a serviceman to separate the grounding member from the rail or connect the grounding member with the rail.

The first and second ends outward extend and are latched on the grounding rail. The metal insertion leg has a head end, a slope and a shoulder section. The slope and the shoulder section are formed under the head end. The grounding terminal is operable to separate from or connect with the rail.
