Abstract: The present application relates to a mounting assembly for a base station antenna, where the mounting assembly is configured to mount a base station antenna (1), wherein the mounting assembly comprises: a connecting arm (10) provided with a rack (11) having first teeth successive to each other; and a pressure member (12) having at least one second tooth capable of being pressed against the rack such that the second tooth meshes with the rack, wherein a position of the pressure member on the rack when the second tooth meshes with the rack is configured to define a mechanical tilt angle of the base station antenna, wherein the pressure member is releasable from the rack such that the pressure member is displaceable along the rack. The present application also relates to a base station antenna system that includes a base station antenna and the mounting assembly. The mounting assembly enables the mechanical tilt of the base station antenna to be set in a fine division.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an antenna mounting device and a base station antenna system. The antenna mounting device includes a hinge device and an adjustment arm. The hinge device is configured to be mounted to a pole by a clamp and configured to pivotally connect a base station antenna arrangement. The adjustment arm is configured to be mounted to the pole by a clamp and configured to connect the base station antenna arrangement. The connection of the hinge device with the base station antenna arrangement is located in a middle region of a longitudinal extension of the base station antenna arrangement [having a longitudinal extension] of a maximum of ⅓ of the longitudinal extension of the base station antenna arrangement. A connection of the adjustment arm with the base station antenna arrangement is located in one of two end regions of the base station antenna arrangement. The adjustment arm has a plurality of connection positions for the corresponding clamp, which are configured to define a plurality of different mechanical tilt angles of the base station antenna arrangement about the hinge device. The antenna mounting device realizes easy adjustment of the mechanical tilt angle and good resistance against external disturbance loads.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transmission mechanism for a base station antenna, and a base station antenna including the transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a motor and at least one connecting rod, wherein a gear mechanism is provided on a first end of the connecting rod, and the motor drives the connecting rod to rotate via the gear mechanism; and wherein a worm gear unit is provided on a second end of the connecting rod opposite to the first end, and the worm gear unit is configured to drive a movable element of a phase shifter when the connecting rod rotates. The transmission mechanism according to the present disclosure can generate greater driving force through the worm gear unit, and has a shorter axial length and a smaller height, and thus is particularly suitable for a more compact and thinner 5G base station antenna.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an antenna mounting device for antenna assembly, where the antenna assembly comprises a base station antenna that extends longitudinally and a remote radio unit. The antenna mounting device comprises a first mounting unit, a second mounting unit and an optional third mounting unit. The first mounting unit is configured to pivotally connect a remote radio unit to a foundational component and provide the antenna assembly with a pivot point relative to the foundational component. The second mounting unit is configured to connect the base station antenna to a foundational component in the longitudinal extension direction of the base station antenna, below the first mounting unit and at a distance from the first mounting unit. The second mounting unit has an adjustable effective connection length between the base station antenna and foundational component, where the effective connection length determines the mechanical tilt angle of the antenna assembly.
