摘要: An antenna array comprises a reflector and a plurality of columns of unit cells disposed on a first side of the reflector, each of the unit cells having a plurality of radiating elements. Disposed on a second side of the reflector is a plurality of phase shifter boards that are mounted perpendicular to the reflector. Each of the phase shifter boards has a plurality of traces, each of which are coupled directly to corresponding unit cells. An advantage of the disclosed antenna array is that it requires no cables for connection between the phase shifter boards and the radiating elements.

摘要: In one example, an antenna system is described. The antenna system includes a primary antenna on an aircraft. The primary antenna is mechanically steerable and has an asymmetric antenna beam pattern with a narrow beamwidth axis and a wide beamwidth axis at boresight. The antenna system also includes a secondary antenna on the aircraft, the secondary antenna including an array of antenna elements. The antenna system also includes an antenna selection system to control communication of a signal between the aircraft and a target satellite via the primary antenna and the secondary antenna. The antenna selection system switches communication of the signal from the primary antenna to the secondary antenna when a performance characteristic for communication with the target satellite satisfies a threshold due to a position of the aircraft relative to the target satellite.

摘要: Systems and methods of the present disclosure include controlling directions of communications including a processor to obtain performance data of an integrated roofing accessory installed on a roof, the integrated roofing accessory including an antenna and a transceiver to enable fifth generation cellular networking (5G) protocol communication with a 5G-enabled device, and an adjustable attachment to orient or position the antenna. The performance data is indicative of 5G signal performance between the integrated roofing accessory and the 5G-enabled device. A signal performance affecting condition is determined using the performance data, where the signal performance affecting condition is a reduced signal performance of a 5G signal beam of the antenna. An improved orientation or an improved position of the antenna is determined to remedy the signal performance affecting condition. The adjustable attachment is controlled to physically adjust the orientation of the position to achieve the improved orientation or position.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a low-frequency vibrator unit, an antenna component, and a base station. A vibrator arm is provided to bend towards the bottom, and a director is provided with a window corresponding to an extension branch. Therefore, in an aspect, the vibrator arm occupies less space, such that more low-frequency vibrator units may be arranged in the same space. In another aspect, the window provided in the director reduces influences thereof on a high-frequency vibrator unit below and improves a cross-polarization ratio of the antenna component, such that signal space directivity of the antenna component is stronger. In yet another aspect, the antenna component occupies less space in the base station.
