Abstract: An enclosure includes a housing having sealing block arrangements disposed at corners of the housing. Each sealing block arrangement includes a containment wall to maintain sealant at the cable ports. A user can choose which corner ports are sealed or blocked by the sealing block arrangements. Each sealing block arrangement includes two volumes of sealant, a sealant containment wall, and two spring elements. Each containment wall includes containment elements that separate from each other to allow passage of a cable through the sealing block.

Abstract: An enclosure includes a housing and a sealing unit that fits within a sealing unit opening of the housing. The sealing unit provides a seal around cable ports and provides a peripheral seal between the housing and the sealing unit. The sealing unit can include a sealant arrangement and an actuation arrangement for pressurizing the sealant arrangement within the sealing unit opening. The actuation arrangement can include inner and outer pressurization structures between which the sealant arrangement is positioned. The actuation arrangement includes first and second actuators each movable between a non-actuated position and an actuated position. When the first and second actuators are moved towards the actuated positions, the first and second actuators generate first and second seal pressurization forces that press the sealant arrangement between the first and second pressurization structures, and the first and second seal pressurization forces are transferred through respective first and second springs.

Abstract: Aspects and techniques of the present disclosure relate to a fiber optic connector including a connector body defining a central longitudinal axis that extends in a front-to-rear orientation. The connector body can include a front connector housing piece and a rear connector housing piece that may be aligned along the central longitudinal axis. A front end of the rear connector housing piece can be adapted to connect with a rear plug end of the front connector housing piece. The rear end of the rear connector housing piece can include a unitary fiber bend radius limiting structure. The unitary fiber bend radius limiting structure can be generally funnel-shaped. Abstract: A telecommunications closure (10) comprising cables (46), a cover (20), an interior frame (30), the frame (30) holding telecommunications equipment (32), and a seal block (40) sealing the cover (20) closed relative to one or more cables (46) which enter the closure (10). The frame (30) defines a plurality of clamp assembly holders (36). A plurality of clamp assemblies (60, 160, 260) are provided, each clamp assembly (60, 160, 260) for holding a cable including a jacket (48), interior optical fibers (52), and at least one interior strength member (50). Each clamp assembly (60, 160, 260) includes a jacket clamp assembly (64, 164, 264) moveable relative to the frame, and including a wrap (68) which mounts around the jacket, and a strength member clamp assembly (80, 180, 280) moveable relative to the frame. The wrap (68) wraps around the jacket (48) and is adjustable for different jacket diameters. The strength member clamp assembly (80, 180, 280) is mountable in a plurality of positions relative to the jacket clamp assembly (64, 164, 264) to account for variations in the relative location of the strength member relative to the jacket clamp assembly. The clamp assembly (60, 160, 260) is moveable relative to the frame (30) wherein the cable (46) is allowed to move to a proper position relative to the seal block (40) so as to reduce the likelihood of a leak by being centrally positioned relative to the cable opening through the seal block.
