Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a network access method and apparatus for a terminal, an electronic device and a storage medium. Said method comprises: a terminal determining a beam sweeping interval and a sweeping frequency point, and receiving a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; determining the downlink signal quality of the base station according to the base station signal; and if it is determined, according to the downlink signal quality, that the terminal can successfully find a satellite, executing a network access process of the terminal. In the embodiments of the present application, the downlink signal quality of a base station is determined by means of a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; and it is further determined, according to the downlink signal quality, whether a terminal can successfully find a satellite, without depending on ephemeris information, so that the terminal can accurately and quickly find a satellite for successful access and communication while insuring UE serviceability and prolonging life cycle of the terminal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of satellite communications, and in particular to a method for handover of a satellite base station, a terminal, the satellite base station, and a storage medium, for use in solving the problem that the current method for handover of the satellite base station is not accurate. In embodiments of the present invention, a terminal determines a pitch angle when accessing the satellite base station; and if the pitch angle is determined within a preset range, the terminal performs inter-satellite handover. Because in the embodiments of the present invention, the terminal can determine, according to the pitch angle and the preset range, whether to perform handover of accessing the satellite base station without additionally calculating other reference information, implementation of a system is simple, and a timing when the terminal needs to perform handover of the satellite base station can be accurately determined according to the preset range, so as to achieve quick and accurate handover of the satellite base station and improve determination efficiency of handover of the satellite base station.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to a method and device for determining a timing advance, applied to the establishment of a timing advance in a random access process of an NTN system. The method in the embodiments of the present application includes: receiving and acquiring relevant parameters in a configuration message, wherein the relevant parameters include cell common time delay information; and determining, according to the cell common time delay information, an uplink timing advance of an uplink transmission timing position with respect to a configuration message receiving position. With regard to cell common time delay information existing in the NTN system, an uplink transmission timing position is determined, and a PRACH Preamble is sent in advance, so that the problem when applied to the establishment of the timing advance in the random access process of the NTN system is solved, and the calculation accuracy of the timing advance in a data transmission process after the random access process is ensured.
