    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular to a method and device for determining a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, wherein same are used to solve the problem that the wrong dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook is determined due to the inaccuracy of a PDCCH monitoring occasion set determined at present.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a transmission method, a terminal and a network device. The transmission method includes: when at least one of at least two PUCCHs carrying an HARQ-ACK in one time unit overlaps with a PUCCH carrying target UCI in the time unit, determining a second PUCCH; and transmitting target information on the second PUCCH, the second PUCCH not overlapping with a target PUCCH, the target PUCCH being a PUCCH carrying the HARQ-ACK other than the at least one PUCCH in the time unit, or when the second PUCCH overlapping with the target PUCCH, transmitting the target information in accordance with a predetermined rule.
