Abstract:
The present invention relates to a content providing system and method combining a transparent Internet cache (TIC) server and a content delivery network (CDN), and more particularly, to a content providing system and method that may overcome limitation on capacity of a cache storage found in a TIC service and may also overcome limitation on service transparency found in a CDN service. According to the present invention, it is possible to overcome limitation on capacity of a cache storage found in an existing TIC service and to overcome limitation on service transparency found in a CDN by combining a TIC server and the CDN.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus for configuring an overlay network and a method thereof. An apparatus for configuring an overlay network may include a network configuring device collecting topology information and bandwidth information of a physical network and configuring one logical network including a plurality of predetermined nodes by using the collected topology information and bandwidth information of the physical network; and a storage device storing the topology information and bandwidth information of the physical network.
Abstract:
An apparatus for evaluating the quality of digital human content included in a source input are disclosed. The apparatus includes a first entity determines a provisioning plan based on available resources matching a service level agreement (SLA)-based user's provisioning request. The apparatus further includes a second entity provision resources of the QKDN based on the provisioning plan, and re-provision the provisioned resources in response to receiving a re-provisioning request or a re-optimization request for the provisioned resources from other entities.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting an object which includes packets and is significant for an application of a receiver, the method including calculating a network latency between a sender and a receiver through a control message for transmitting a plurality of packets constituting the object, detecting that a specific packet is lost among the plurality of packets, calculating a retransmission required time required for retransmitting the specific packet, comparing the retransmission required time with a deadline, and transmitting a NACK message including information related to retransmission of the specific packet to the sender when the retransmission required time is within the deadline, wherein the network latency is used for calculating the deadline determined by latency times for transmission of the object.
Abstract:
The present invention related to a method for federated learning method interworking with a mobile core system, the method comprising: querying terminal information of each individual terminal among a plurality of terminals; querying network performance information; selecting participating terminals among the plurality of terminals on the basis of the terminal information and the network performance information; transmitting respective parameters to the participating terminals and requesting local learning; and integrating the parameters.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a method for providing a transparent internet cache function, the method including obtaining a traffic usage pattern by data analyzing from a cloud node in response to receiving a request for transparent internet cache provisioning in a transparent internet cache provisioning server; when installing a transparent internet cache in the cloud node is being determined, determining a method for branching traffic; determining a method for contents identification regarding the traffic branched in the method; determining whether or not to operate the transparent internet cache as a proxy server; generating the transparent internet cache by applying a cache in policy and cache replacement policy; and provisioning the transparent internet cache to the cloud node.
Abstract:
In a content network over which a plurality of smart nodes is coupled, each smart node receives advertisement messages broadcasted by adjacent smart nodes. The advertisement message may be one of a link state advertisement (LSA) message including link state information indicative of a link that is a network interface, a server state advertisement (SSA) message including server state information indicative of a data storage state and a processing state of a processing unit of the smart node, and a content state advertisement (CSA) message including content state information indicative of content stored in the smart node. Each smart node updates its own database based on the information included in the received advertisement message.
Abstract:
In order to easily prevent traffic of a content data server, which provides an arbitrary content, from being overloaded, the content transmission system according to an exemplary embodiment includes a content data server which provides an arbitrary content to a plurality of terminals when a request signal for the arbitrary content is input from the plurality of terminals, a data control server which when the arbitrary content is provided, monitors whether the traffic of the content data server is overloaded and if the traffic is overloaded as a result of monitoring, generates a traffic distribution request signal, and a node control server which when the traffic distribution request signal is input from the data control server, controls to provide the arbitrary content to an arbitrary distribution node, which satisfies a setting standard among a plurality of distribution nodes, to be provided to an arbitrary terminal among the plurality of terminals.
