    Abstract: The present invention relates to a content providing system and method combining a transparent Internet cache (TIC) server and a content delivery network (CDN), and more particularly, to a content providing system and method that may overcome limitation on capacity of a cache storage found in a TIC service and may also overcome limitation on service transparency found in a CDN service.
