摘要： A connector includes: a housing main body including a rib extending frontward; a front holder fitted into the housing main body from the front, and capable of moving from a temporary locking position to a permanent locking position, and the front holder including a through-hole into which the rib is inserted; means for temporarily locking the front holder; and means for permanently locking the front holder. The rib is long enough for a front end of the rib to agree with, or jut out from, a rear end surface of the front holder which is located rearward in an insertion direction of the front holder while the front holder is held in the temporary locking position. The housing main body includes bendable lances for locking their corresponding terminals inserted into the housing main body. The front holder includes lance pressing parts restricting the bends of the corresponding bendable lances.

摘要： A lever-fit connector, wherein a rotation prevention lock (12) preventing a lever (5) from being rotated when male and female connector housing are fitted (joined) to each other is installed in the inner wall (6A) of a lever insert hole (6) in a female housing (2). A rotation lock recessed part (58) in which the rotation lock part (12D) of the rotation prevention lock (12) is engageably stored is formed in the peripheral surface of the lever (5). The angle of the rotation lock part (12D) is set so that the rotation lock part (12D) is drawn to the lever (5) side in excessive rotation by bringing the rotation lock part (12D) into contact with the side wall surface (58B) of the rotation lock recessed part (58).

摘要： A lever type connector of the present invention includes a connector housing, a cover, a lever rotatably mounted on the connector housing, and a snap tab mounted on the cover. During rotation of the lever from an unlocking position to a locking position, the snap tab is pressed by the lever and bent, and if the lever reaches the locking position, the snap tab is brought back to lock the lever. The maximum bent inward angle of the snap tab is set to be smaller than the outward inclination angle of the snap tab without being bent. It is possible to prevent contact between the snap tab and the electric wires. The electric wires are prevented from being damaged, and the operation failure of the snap tab is also avoided.

摘要： A lever type connector is provided with a lever assisting in fitting or detaching first and second connector housings thereof. A lever is fitted to the first connector housing. A plurality of projecting parts is provided in a circumference of the lever. A plurality of receiving parts is provided in the first connector housing to slidably engage with the projecting part. Engagement between the projecting and receiving parts prevents the lever from deformation and warpage in a rotating operation of the lever for the connecting operation. The projecting parts and the receiving parts are configured so that the projecting parts and the receiving parts are engaged only when the lever is positioned so that the fitting force is large in the rotating operation, and the projecting parts and the receiving parts are not engaged when the lever is positioned in another state in which the fitting force is small.

A resilient locking piece (25) is accommodated in a rectangular tube portion (10) and a locking hole (19) in the tube (10) exposes the resilient locking piece (25). A side plate (13R) of the rectangular tube (10) is provided with an intrusion restricting portion (21) near the resilient contact piece (25) and in an opening area of the locking hole (19). Thus, the intrusion of an external matter through the locking hole (19) can be restricted by the intrusion restricting portion (21), thereby preventing the interference of the external matter with the resilient contact piece (25).
