Abstract: A video creation method of creating a video is provided. The method includes setting, in an imaging region of a reference video having a first angle of view, one or more regions having a second angle of view different from the first angle of view, determining a selection region that is the region in which a subject of a recording target is included, switching the selection region, displaying an insertion video in a period between a display period of a pre-switching video which is a video of the selection region before the switching and a display period of a post-switching video which is a video of the selection region after the switching, and executing, during a display period of the insertion video, a process to change a displayed video from one of the pre-switching video or the post-switching video to the other of the pre-switching video or the post-switching video.

The processor is configured to determine a length of a second focal length in a second direction which intersects with an extending direction of an optical axis of the lens and a first direction which intersects with the extending direction, relative to a first focal length in the first direction, and make a resolution ratio, which is a ratio of a resolution of the raw image in the first direction to a resolution of the raw image in the second direction, higher than a resolution ratio of the imaging sensor in a case where the second focal length is longer than the first focal length.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus and an image processing method capable of increasing correction accuracy of a phase difference detection pixel even in a case where the phase difference detection pixel is densely arranged in an imaging element in order to secure AF performance are provided. An imaging element includes normal pixels of RGB and first and second phase difference pixels of which opening portions are adjacently arranged to face each other in a horizontal direction and in which a G filter is arranged. A pixel value addition unit (64) generates an addition pixel corresponding to a virtual G pixel at a pixel position between the first and second phase difference pixels by adding pixel values of the pair of the first and second phase difference pixels. In a case where the first or second phase difference pixel is set as an in-focus pixel that is an interpolation target, an average value interpolation unit (62) uses the normal pixels surrounding a pixel position of the in-focus pixel and the addition pixel in a case of performing an interpolation operation on a pixel value at the pixel position of the in-focus pixel.

Abstract: An image correction device includes a reception unit, a detection unit and a correction unit. The reception unit receives a first-image and a second-image, which are obtained by a first-imaging device and a second-imaging device, and an imaging condition that is at least one piece of information on an imaging date and time or information on an imaging location corresponding to each of the first-image and the second-image. The detection unit detects the same scene between images indicated by the first-image and the second-image based on the imaging conditions corresponding to each of the first-image and the second-image. The correction unit extracts, from each of the images indicated by the first-image and the second-image corresponding to the same scene, a common subject which is common between the images, and performs, on the corresponding image, color correction of making colors of the extracted common subject similar to each other.

Abstract: An image blur correction device includes an acceleration sensor, an angular velocity sensor, and a system control unit that calculates rotational acceleration components which are included in detected accelerations and are generated by rotation of a digital camera around a rotation axis parallel to an optical axis, and corrects blurs of the captured image signal in directions based on accelerations obtained by subtracting the rotational acceleration components from the accelerations detected by the acceleration sensor. The system control unit selects one of rotation axes based on a usage state of the digital camera, and calculates the rotational acceleration components generated by the rotation of the digital camera around the selected rotation axis based on an angular velocity and distances in the directions from the selected rotation axis to the acceleration sensor.
