    Abstract: Process for the production of paper rolls, including a step of producing logs (L) of paper material by winding a predetermined amount of paper web (W) about a tubular core (C) oriented transversely with respect to a direction (PP) of entering of the paper web (W) in a rewinder (R) in which the winding is executed, and a step of transverse cutting of the logs (L) to obtain rolls (R) of predetermined length. While advancing along said direction (A) and without interrupting their run, the tubular cores (1) intercept for a predetermined time the glue (EG) released by a predetermined number of nozzles (114); and during said time interval the glue (EG) is both on the nozzles (114) and the tubular cores (1) given the absence of any element interposed between the nozzles and the tubular cores.

    Abstract: Device for controlling the separation of the sheets of paper webs rolled in the form of logs, comprising a guide roller (RA) cooperating with further means (R4, R5) for rolling a paper web (2) so as to form a paper log and cooperating with means for providing pre-incision lines on the paper web (2) so as to divide it in multiple separable sheets. The suction means (200, 201) are inside the guide roller (RA). The suction means (200, 201) provoke a suction through the holes (73).

    Abstract: Machine for cutting cardboard tubes, including a cutting unit (CU) with a carriage (7) on which is mounted a blade (6) and a support element (4, 5, 8) for supporting a cardboard tube (1) intended to be transversely cut by the blade (6). The support element (4,5,8) allows the tube (1) to slide along a predetermined direction (A) parallel to its axis longitudinal (x) and to rotate about the same axis, and the carriage (7) is adapted to move bidirectionally the blade (6) parallel to the longitudinal axis (x) of the tube (1). The support element (4,5,8) has, where the cutting unit (CU) is arranged, apart (5) movable from and towards the blade (6) to maintain the tube (1) spaced from the latter and, respectively, for approaching the tube to the same blade (6) during a cutting phase.
