    Abstract: A silica gel diaphragm, a speaker module, and a method for reprocessing a silica gel diaphragm. Two symmetrical wire grooves are etched on a surface of the silica gel diaphragm by laser etching technique, an electrically conductive metal layer is deposited in each of the grooves, and either end of each of the metal layers includes a first and second soldering portions. Each of the first soldering portions is deposited on a planar portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a winding tap of a voice coil on an inner side of the voice coil. Each of the second soldering portions is deposited on a fixing portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a bonding pad on a housing. Middle portions connecting the first soldering portions and the second soldering portions are deposited in the diaphragm to form an electrically conductive path.

    Abstract: An acoustic device comprises a sound generating unit comprising a diaphragm. An acoustic wave at a front side radiates outwards through a sound outlet. A closed cavity is formed at a rear side of the vibrating diaphragm. Volume adjustment regions are provided in the closed cavity, the volume adjustment regions are a sound absorption portion, a porous sound absorbing material is provided on the sound absorption portion, and the volume adjustment regions are a flexibly deformable portion. The closed cavity is divided into first and second closed cavities by a partition. The first closed cavity is adjacent to the diaphragm, the second closed cavity is far away from the vibrating diaphragm. The flexibly deformable portion is at least part of the partition, and deforms flexibly. The sound absorbing material is provided in the first and/or the second closed cavity, and effectively increase the equivalent volume of the closed cavity.

    Abstract: A self-adaptive control miniature motor comprises a driving unit (200), a mover (300) and a self-adaptive control unit (100). The driving unit comprises a fixed stator and a movable vibration block, and provides the driving force for the reciprocating motion of the mover through the interaction between the stator and the vibration block. The mover is a forced vibration part, and is driven by the movable vibration block of the driving unit to do the reciprocating motion. The self-adaptive control unit is used for controlling a motion state of the mover in real time by adjusting a force applied on the mover, based on a feedback information of the motion state of the mover. The self-adaptive control miniature motor, by combining the motor hardware with a control circuit, facilitates real-time adjustment of the magnetic field intensity in the motor, thus improving the stability of the vibration of the motor.

    Abstract: A sound production module and a terminal device are disclosed. The sound production module includes a sound production unit and an expansion cavity, the sound production unit includes a magnetic circuit system, a receiver unit including a first diaphragm and a speaker unit opposite to the receiver unit and including a second diaphragm. Vibration systems of the receiver unit and the speaker unit are on two opposite sides of the magnetic circuit system. A first rear cavity is formed between the first diaphragm and the magnetic circuit system. A second rear cavity is formed between the second diaphragm and the magnetic circuit system. The first rear cavity is separated from the second rear cavity and the expansion cavity. The receiver unit is provided with a communication hole for communicating the first rear cavity with a space outside the sound production module and not communicated with the expansion cavity.
