    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a conductive film for a sound generation device and the sound generation device, the conductive film comprises a conductive layer and base material layers on two sides thereof the conductive layer comprises a first conductive layer on an inner side portion, a second conductive layer on an deformation portion and a third conductive layer on an outer side portion, two ends of the second conductive layer are respectively electrically connected to the first and third conductive layers, the first and third conductive layers are metal sheets, the second conductive layer is a conductive adhesive layer formed by coating or printing, a thickness of the conductive adhesive layer is 6 μm to 15 μm, a sheet resistance of the conductive adhesive layer is 10 to 30 mΩ/mm2/mil. The conductive film has conductivity, it can be used as a sound generation diaphragm and a supporting diaphragm.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a silica gel vibrating diaphragm and a method for fabricating the same. The method comprises: forming a composite material belt by using two layers of a base material and liquid silica gel in a calendering manner, wherein the liquid silica gel is between the two layers of the base material; wholly hot-press molding the composite material belt by a vibrating diaphragm die holder, a temperature of the hot-press molding being higher than a vulcanization temperature of the liquid silica gel; removing the two layers of the base material to obtain a whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm; and blanking the whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm that has been removed of the two layers of the base material to fabricate a required silica gel vibrating diaphragm. As compared with conventional solutions, the technical solution of the present disclosure has the advantages of simple molding manner, low cost, various styles of the vibrating diaphragm, and small thickness of the vibrating diaphragm.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. Disclosed is a miniature speaker. The miniature speaker comprises an upper housing and a lower housing combined together. A vibration system and a magnetic circuit system are accommodated in the space defined by the upper housing and the lower housing. The upper housing is disposed close to the vibration system. The miniature speaker also comprises a hearing-aid voice coil. The hearing-aid voice coil is fixed to the upper housing and is located at the inner side of the upper housing. The miniature speaker of the present invention solves the problem of poor acoustics caused by collision of a lead wire of a vibrating voice coil with a hearing-aid voice coil of a miniature speaker in the prior art, and the miniature speaker of the present invention has good acoustic performance and a better hearing-aid effect.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a sounder module, which comprises a housing for accommodating a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The housing is provided with a sound hole which is formed to deviate from the center position of the vibration system and is higher than the surface of the housing. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm. A dome is provided at one side of the vibrating diaphragm closer to the sound hole. A pressure regulating part is arranged on the dome.     Abstract: A silica gel diaphragm, a speaker module, and a method for reprocessing a silica gel diaphragm. Two symmetrical wire grooves are etched on a surface of the silica gel diaphragm by laser etching technique, an electrically conductive metal layer is deposited in each of the grooves, and either end of each of the metal layers includes a first and second soldering portions. Each of the first soldering portions is deposited on a planar portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a winding tap of a voice coil on an inner side of the voice coil. Each of the second soldering portions is deposited on a fixing portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a bonding pad on a housing. Middle portions connecting the first soldering portions and the second soldering portions are deposited in the diaphragm to form an electrically conductive path.
