    Abstract: Systems and methods for location-based device control are provided. Example systems and methods include determining a location estimate for a computing device and identifying a controllable device based on the location estimate. Some examples also include determining a relative location of the controllable device with respect to the computing device and triggering display, on the computing device, of a user interface for interacting with the controllable device based on the relative location. Another example system and method includes identifying a controllable device within a physical space based on an aiming direction in which a computing device is aimed, determining an angular offset of the controllable device with respect to the aiming direction of the computing device, and triggering display, on the computing device, of a user interface that indicates the determined angular offset.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are described that obtain depth data associated with a scene captured by an electronic device, obtain location data associated with a plurality of physical objects within a predetermined distance of the electronic device, generate a plurality of augmented reality objects configured to be displayed over a portion of the plurality of physical objects, and generate a plurality of proximity layers corresponding to the at least one scene, wherein a respective proximity layer is configured to trigger display of the auxiliary data corresponding to AR objects associated with the respective proximity layer while suppressing other AR objects.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are described that utilize one or more processors to obtain a plurality of segments of a first media content item, extract, from a first segment in the plurality of segments, a plurality of image frames associated with a plurality of tracked movements of at least one object represented in the extracted image frames, compare, objects represented in the image frames extracted from the first segment to tracked objects in a second media content item. In response to detecting that at least one of the tracked objects is similar to at least one object in the plurality of extracted image frames, generating virtual content depicting the plurality of tracked movements from the first segment being performed on the at least one tracked object in the second media content item and triggering rendering of the virtual content as an overlay on the at least one tracked object.
