Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an application upgrade method. The method includes: obtaining upgrade information of an application, where the upgrade information includes a target operator, an operator identifier of the target operator, and an application identifier of the application; obtaining, based on a virtual address, a physical address allocated to the target operator, where the physical address is an address of storage space on a network interface card device; storing the target operator in the storage space corresponding to the physical address; and constructing a first mapping relationship based on the operator identifier, the application identifier, and the physical address, where the first mapping relationship is used as routing information of the target operator when the application is running.

Abstract: This application discloses a data transmission method and a device. The method includes: A sender endpiont constructes n streams through an interface provided by a QUIC protocol, and sets attribute information of the streams (or sets different attribute information for different data blocks in a same stream). The sender endpiont transfers the attribute information of the streams to a first network node by using a first extended frame (or transfers the attribute information of the different data blocks in the same stream by using a second extended frame). The first or second extended frame is a frame obtained by performing protocol extension on the QUIC protocol. After receiving the first or second extended frame, the first network node determines, according to a sending policy of the first network node, routing, caching, and distribution of a target data stream, and continues to deliver the attribute information.

Abstract: This application describes transmission control methods and devices. One method comprises: sending, by a first device to a second device, first control signaling that instructs the second communications device to send a first group of data packets, the first control signaling comprises a first packet sequence number, a first packet sequence number range, and a first transmission time interval, the first group of data packets correspond to sequence numbers within the first packet sequence number range starting from the first packet sequence number, and the first transmission time interval indicates a time interval for sending data packets of the first group of data packets; and receiving, by the first device from the second device, at least one data packet in the first group of data packets.
