Abstract: This application relates to the field of digital image processing technologies, and discloses an image-text fusion method and apparatus, and an electronic device, to minimize blockage of a saliency feature in an image by a text when the text is laid out in the image, and obtain a higher visual balance degree after the text is laid out in the first image, thereby achieving a better layout effect. According to the method of this application, first, a plurality of candidate text templates and layout positions of a plurality of corresponding texts in an image can be determined, so that a text laid out in the image does not block a visually salient object having a greater feature value, such as a human face or a building. Then based on magnitudes of feature values of pixels blocked by the text, a balance degree of feature value distribution of pixels in each region in the image in which the text is laid out, and the like when the text is laid out in the image at corresponding layout positions in the image by using different text templates, a final text template of the text and a layout position of the text in the image are determined.

Abstract: Example test methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving an uplink radio frequency signal by a test device from a terminal device, where the uplink radio frequency signal is generated by superimposing at least two test signals, and each of the at least two test signal corresponds to one communication protocol. The test device extracts the at least two test signals from the uplink radio frequency signal. The test device separately tests the at least two test signals, and obtains an uplink test result of the terminal device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a random access scheme exhibiting a non-isometric frame duration and a low latency. The RA and data messages have a duration with a different time unit and the time slot of the RA message is much shorter than the duration of one data frame. A specific signature, which is designed to be robust against the collisions, is transmitted during the RA request, the signature being either a unique sequence or a compressed signature. The user equipment device transmits the data message immediately after receiving its resource through a frame structure showing a time misalignment between adjacent data frames located in different or identical frequency sub-bands. A frequency guard band is inserted between its resource and an adjacent resource assigned to another user equipment device, the frequency guard band having an adaptive size according to the level of time misalignment and its impact on the distortion.
