Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an OLED panel, manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The method for manufacturing an OLED panel comprises: forming an auxiliary electrode layer on a substrate, and forming a morphological transformation layer on the auxiliary electrode layer; forming an organic functional layer, wherein the organic functional layer covers the morphological transformation layer; removing the morphological transformation layer and a part of the organic functional layer corresponding to the morphological transformation layer from the auxiliary electrode layer; and forming a cathode layer on the organic functional layer and the auxiliary electrode layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display backplate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. A display backplate comprises: a substrate, a planar layer disposed on a first side of the substrate, a reflective layer disposed on the surface of the planar layer away from the substrate, a pixel define layer disposed on a surface of the reflective layer away from the substrate, wherein the planar layer is provided with a plurality of spaced protrusions on a surface away from of the substrate, the protrusion having a top wall and a first sidewall connected to the top wall; the reflective layer covering the first sidewall is inclined toward a light exiting direction to increase the exit angle of reflected light; an orthographic projection of the pixel define layer on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of the top wall of the protrusion on the substrate to define multiple pixel regions; the OLED device is located in the pixel region.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology and provides an organic light emitting diode, an OLED display substrate and a display device. It can solve the problem of low continuity in inkjet printing and complicated computer programs between different materials of light emitting layers in the existing organic light emitting diodes. The organic light emitting diode includes a cathode, an anode, and a functional layer between the cathode and the anode; wherein the functional layer includes a first light emitting layer and a second light emitting layer disposed in sequence in a direction away from the anode; the first light emitting layer comprises a first material emitting blue light; and the first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer form an aggregate in excited state for emitting light of a color different from blue after the cathode and the anode are connected.
