A display backplate comprises: a substrate, a planar layer disposed on a first side of the substrate, a reflective layer disposed on the surface of the planar layer away from the substrate, a pixel define layer disposed on a surface of the reflective layer away from the substrate, wherein the planar layer is provided with a plurality of spaced protrusions on a surface away from of the substrate, the protrusion having a top wall and a first sidewall connected to the top wall; the reflective layer covering the first sidewall is inclined toward a light exiting direction to increase the exit angle of reflected light; an orthographic projection of the pixel define layer on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of the top wall of the protrusion on the substrate to define multiple pixel regions; the OLED device is located in the pixel region.
