摘要: A radial turbine includes a radial turbine wheel provided with a main pathway in which blade height progressively increases while curving toward an axial direction from a radial direction. A sub-let is formed on a shroud side of the radial turbine wheel at a position separated from the main inlet in the radial direction and the axial direction. Also, a blade shape that forms the sub-inlet is such that, in a plane orthogonal to the axial line of the radial turbine wheel, a center line of the blade is inclined at a predetermined angle toward the rotation direction with respect to the radial direction.

摘要: Provided is a turbine which handles fluids having a plurality of pressures with a single or integrated turbine wheel so that the number of components is reduced, and costs are reduced. Provided is an expansion turbine (1) equipped with a radial turbine wheel (15) that has a main path (23) that gradually increases in height and that axially discharges fluid that flows therein while swirling from a main inlet (27) located at the outer circumferential side into the main path (23), with a radial flow as a main component, wherein the radial turbine wheel (15) has a sub-path (25) branching off from the side of a hub (17) of the main path (23) at a position radially inward of the main inlet (27) and extending rearward from the main path (23), the sub-path (25) has, at an outer circumferential end thereof, a sub-inlet (35) that is located at a position in the radial direction different from the main inlet (27) and that is supplied with a fluid having a pressure different from the pressure of the fluid supplied through the main inlet (27), and the main inlet (27) and the sub-inlet (35) are partitioned by a back plate portion (26), in which the gap between it and the main path (23) or the sub-path (25) is adjusted.

In a variable diffuser 30 in which a diffuser passage 33, which restores a static pressure from a dynamic pressure by decelerating an air flow that is discharged from an outer peripheral end of an impeller that rotates within a housing, is formed between a hub side wall 32a and a shroud side wall 31a, and diffuser vanes are provided in the diffuser passage 33, fixed vanes 35 and movable vanes 34 that are the diffuser vanes, are alternately fixed in the circumferential direction to a fixed circular plate 32 and a movable circular plate 31 that form the hub side wall 32a and the shroud side wall 31a, and there is provided a driving device 40 that turns the movable circular plate 31 about the same axis as the rotation of the impeller.

A mixed flow turbine including blades whose leading edges are formed in a convex shape toward the upstream side; and a scroll that is a space formed upstream of the blades by a casing having a shroud that covers the radially external edges of the blades, the space being for supplying working fluid toward the leading edges of the blades, wherein the scroll is separated by a scroll partition wall into a shroud-side space and a hub-side space; and a shroud-side partition wall surface and a hub-side partition wall surface at the rear edge side of the scroll partition wall form a shroud-side inlet channel in which the working fluid flows substantially radially and a hub-side inlet channel in which the working fluid flows substantially in the same direction as the inclination direction of the hub side at the inlet of the blades between the partition wall surfaces and portions facing the partition wall surfaces, respectively.

摘要: In a centrifugal compressing apparatus, a height of a blade of an impeller is made to decrease gradually from a front edge thereof to a rear edge thereof, and a rate of change of the height of the blade is relatively large near the rear edge. The height of the blade can be made large at the rear edge side under the design restriction that an exit width of the rear edge of the blade is set to a predetermined design value. The ratio of the width of the clearance and the height of the blade is thereby made relatively large. As a result, the ratio of a flow path area occupied by a clearance flow to a flow path area occupied by a main flow is reduced. Since the pressure loss is thus made small, a drop in the efficiency can be prevented.

摘要: An object is to provide a mixed flow turbine, wherein intermediate blades having an intermediate height are provided between main blades of the mixed flow turbine, thus improving an impulse blade turbine characteristic and reducing the moment of inertia for a rotor blade as a whole, thereby improving the efficiency and transient response. The mixed flow turbine includes: a turbine rotor blade 11; a turbine housing 3; a scroll partition wall 17 dividing a scroll chamber 13; a shroud-side inflow passageway 35 formed on the side of a shroud-side partition wall surface 25; and a hub-side inflow passageway 29 formed on the side of a hub-side partition wall surface 23, wherein the rotor blade 11 includes: main blades 37 formed with a height spanning the entire extent between a hub outer circumferential surface 31 and the inner periphery surface of a shroud portion 15; and intermediate blades 39 arranged in the circumferential direction between the main blades 37 and arranged so as to extend from the inlet portion of the main blades 37 to an intermediate portion and having an intermediate height with respect to the height of the main blades 37, wherein a fluid from the hub-side inflow passageway 29 flows in through front edges of the intermediate blades 39.

摘要: A multi-pressure radial turbine system including a high-pressure pump and a low-pressure pump for pressurizing liquid-phase heating media introduced therein to different pressures; a high-pressure evaporator and a low-pressure evaporator for vaporizing the liquid-phase heating media delivered from the high-pressure pump and the low-pressure pump by absorbing heat from a high-temperature heat source; one multi-pressure radial turbine that expands the gaseous heating media having different pressures and temperatures, supplied from the high-pressure evaporator and the low-pressure evaporator, to obtain output power; and a condenser for condensing the gaseous heating medium expanded in the multi-pressure radial turbine by making the medium release heat to a low-pressure heat source. A cycle circuit is formed through which the heating medium circulates while repeatedly changing its state between vapor and liquid.

The mixed flow turbine or radial turbine includes a hub, and a plurality of blades provided on an outer circumference surface of the hub at substantially equal intervals. The camber line of the blade section is convex-curved to the rotational direction side as seen entirely from a leading edge side toward trailing edge side. On a leading edge section of the blade, there is provided an inflected section that is inflected so that a camber line in a sectional surface along the outer circumference surface is concave-curved to the rotational direction side.
