    摘要: A plug-in unit-mounting structure which makes it possible to efficiently accommodate plug-in units without being dependent on the structure of a shelf. The plug-in unit-mounting structure comprises a shelf that has connectors disposed on a back wiring board, for being fitted to the plug-in units, and at least one mounting frame that is mounted in the shelf, for each accommodating an associated one of the plug-in units, and enabling the plug-in unit to be inserted in and removed from an associated one of the connectors, the mounting frame being provided with a guide rail which enables a position of disposition of the plug-in unit to be changed according to a size of the plug-in unit. This makes it possible to efficiently accommodate plug-in units without being dependent on the structure of a shelf.

    摘要: By finding out a novel use of isoflavones originating in natural materials and being highly safe even when added to foods, it is intended to provide a composition useful in improving various symptoms with the use thereof. It is unexpectedly found out that isoflavones contained in a large amount in leguminous plants such as soybean and clover inhibit SHBG and promote the secretion of estradiol, which is an endogenous hormone, owing to the inhibitory effect.

    摘要: A method for producing a composition containing soluble isoflavones is described, which uses soybean materials as raw materials. The composition is obtained in a natural state without addition of solubilizing agents and chemical modification, and has high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good long-term stability under refrigeration. By removing the insoluble materials from the water-extract liquid of a soybean material having a pH value of 2-7 and a temperature of 0-17° C., a composition containing isoflavones can be efficiently obtained with high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good stability under refrigeration.

    摘要: It is intended to easily separate saponins from isoflavones extracted from starting soybeans thereby giving highly pure saponins at a high yield on an industrial scale. Saponins can be highly efficiently separated from isoflavones by performing multistage extraction under mild conditions such that malonyl isoflavone glycoside, from among isoflavones contained in the starting soybeans, is not converted into isoflavone glycoside, acetyl isoflavone glycoside or isoflavone aglycon. Thus, highly pure saponins can be obtained at a high yield on an industrial scale.
