    摘要: A laser driver circuit comprising a current supply circuit for supplying a laser diode with a current is provided. The current supply circuit comprises a voltage-to-current converter circuit, a current output line for outputting the current generated by the voltage-to-current converter circuit, a current supply line connected to the laser diode, a ground line connected to the ground, and a current path switch for selectively connecting either the current supply line or the ground line to the current output line. The laser driver circuit further comprises a current output prevention circuit for preventing the voltage-to-current converter circuit from generating the current by disconnecting the voltage input line using a voltage input switch so that the voltage is not input to the voltage-to-current converter circuit, when the current output line and the ground line are connected by the current path switch.

    摘要: A projector producing an imaginary input plane with high operability is provided. A projector according to an embodiment projects a VUI screen picture onto a desk, and projects a main projection screen picture to a wall. The projector includes a light receiving element. The light receiving element is arranged in a position where light emitted toward the desk (VUI screen picture) and reflected (or scattered) by an object near the desk enters. The projector calculates a position of the object based on light sensing timing by the light receiving element and light scan positions at various points in time. The projector changes a projected screen picture when it determines that object is simultaneously in contact with a plurality of portions of the VUI screen picture and at least one of contact positions moves.

A surface irregularities waveform that includes fracture surface irregularities forming a steplike shape of a fracture surface is acquired, and after an overall gradient of the surface irregularities waveform has been corrected and noise eliminated from this waveform, positions of uneven portions present on any measuring line are identified from the surface irregularities waveform and the number of uneven portions on the measuring line is counted, whereby an average distance between the uneven portions on the measuring line is then calculated, and next the fracture mechanics data relating to a stress intensity factor, crack growth rate, or stress exerted during formation of the fracture surface, is estimated from the average distance between the uneven portions.

Laser projector's CPU executes: commanding a laser beam source of one color, out of laser beam sources of three colors, to emit a laser beam; shutting off the laser when sensing that the laser beam is received in a light-receiving region; applying a laser of a color to be detected as to the presence or absence of a deviation of the axis until its reception in the light-receiving region is sensed; keeping time starting when light reception in the light-receiving region is sensed and ending when light reception in a light-receiving region adjacent thereto is sensed; calculating a relative time difference of each of the colors with respect to a reference color; and correcting a light emission timing of the laser beam source of each of the color, based on the calculated time.

The projector projects a VUI screen image on a desk and projects a main projected screen image on a wall. The projector includes a light-receiving element. The light-receiving element is installed at a position that receives light emitted to the desk (the projection surface of the VUI screen image) and reflected (or scattered) by an object in the vicinity of the desk. The projector calculates a position of the object based on a light detection timing of the light-receiving element and a scanning position of light at each time. The projector changes a projected image based on the calculated position. The projector displays a designated region of the VUI screen image (for example, a region including the position of the object or an icon display region or a region surrounding an icon) to be brightened.
