    Abstract: Provided is a resource operation planning assistance apparatus for automatically generating a change tendency from a past resource operation planning change history, using the change tendency to generate a solution proposal to an inconsistency in a resource operation planning, and presenting the solution proposal together with a priority order. The resource operation planning assistance apparatus includes: a schedule candidate creation unit configured to create a schedule candidate of each resource; a history learning unit configured to learn an operation planning history in advance to generate a schedule change rule; a schedule candidate list creation unit configured to create a schedule candidate list for an operation planning target resource; a planning creation unit configured to create, with respect to at least one violation included in an operation planning, an operation planning for solving the violation; and an operation change content display unit. The resource operation planning assistance apparatus is configured to apply the schedule change rule created by the history learning unit in advance to the schedule candidates created by the schedule candidate creation unit to calculate an adoption rate for each schedule candidate. The operation change content display unit is configured to display the operation planning created by the planning creation unit in a priority order by using, as input, the schedule candidate list for each resource created by the schedule candidate list creation unit.

    Abstract: A plan generator uses plan requirement data read from a storage device and modification know-how data read from the storage device to determine a decision variable for a new plan so that the new plan satisfies a constraint and an objective function and is aligned with any of groups included in the modification know-how data. The modification know-how data includes a plurality of groups for which an anti-pattern indicating trends of job patterns of a plurality of plans before modification, a reference pattern indicating trends of job patterns of a plurality of plans after modification that have been obtained by modifying the plans before the modification by a planner, and a modification rate that is a statistical amount of the plan-related information and the decision variables of the plurality of plans before the modification, have been obtained.

    Abstract: An action-value function initializing unit inputs search information including a history of a solution, a constraint equation, and an initial state of a selectable domain of a decision variable, sets a decision variable selected in each step and a value of the decision variable as a policy, and initializes an action-value function including the policy, a selectable domain of a decision variable before policy decision, and a selectable domain of a decision variable after the policy decision as parameters. A search unit receives information of the action-value function initialized by the action-value function initializing unit, obtains a value of a corresponding action-value function from the policy, the domain of the decision variable before the policy decision, and a domain of the action-value function after the policy decision, searches for a policy in which the action-value function is largest, and searches for an optimum solution for the problem information.
