Abstract: A beam management method includes: A terminal device determines a first UE posture of the terminal device in a process in which the terminal device receives, by using a first receive beam, information sent by a network device, where the terminal device includes a plurality of receive beams; when the terminal device is changed from the first UE posture to a second UE posture, the terminal device determines a second receive beam based on a direction relationship between the plurality of receive beams and a direction change status during a change from the first UE posture to the second UE posture; and the terminal device receives, by using the second receive beam, the information sent by the network device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide timing advance (TA) obtaining methods and apparatuses. One example method includes generating, by a base station, an indication message and sending the indication message to UE, and receiving, by the UE, the indication message sent by the base station. The UE can then obtain a TA of a second carrier based on the indication message, where the second carrier is a carrier not used to transmit a PUSCH. Although the second carrier is a carrier not used to transmit a PUSCH, the TA of the second carrier can still be obtained.

Abstract: A reference signal transmission method and a related device and system are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a first base station, at least one target subframe on a target frequency band, where the target frequency band is a frequency band whose uplink and downlink transmission directions are configurable, and uplink-downlink timeslot configurations and/or transmission directions of the first base station and a neighboring second base station in the at least one target subframe are different; and sending, by the first base station, a first reference signal to first user equipment UE in the at least one target subframe, where the first UE is UE served by the first base station. When embodiments of the present invention are implemented, a reference signal can be transmitted on a flexible frequency band, thereby effectively reducing interference between reference signals between neighboring cells in a flexible duplex system.
