Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting a signal in a device-to-device proximity service D2D ProSe, a base station, and a user equipment, where the method includes: allocating, by a base station, at least one time-frequency resource set to each user cluster in N user clusters in a cell covered by the base station, where at least two time-frequency resource sets in M time-frequency resource sets allocated by the base station to the N user clusters are different; and transmitting, by the base station, Rth information to the Rth user cluster in the N user clusters, where the Rth information is used to indicate an Rth time-frequency resource set that is allocated by the base station to the Rth user cluster and used for transmitting a signal, where a value of R is 1, . . . , N separately.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an initial access method and apparatus. The method includes: sending, by an access network device, a synchronization signal to user equipment by using at least two downlink beams, where the synchronization signal includes downlink beam indexes of the at least two downlink beams; receiving, by the access network device, a random access preamble sequence sent by the user equipment; and sending, by the access network device, a random access response RAR message to the user equipment by using at least two downlink beams, so that the user equipment completes initial access. In the initial access method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a disadvantage of channel instability in a high-frequency transmission environment in a new radio system is overcome, to improve initial access performance in the NR system and further improve user experience for the system.

An interference determining method, includes: obtaining first frequency information of a first resource; obtaining second frequency information of a second resource, where a frequency indicated by the first frequency information is lower than a frequency indicated by the second frequency information; determining, based on the first frequency information, harmonic frequency information corresponding to the first resource; and determining, based on the harmonic frequency information and the second frequency information, harmonic interference information between the first resource and the second resource.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a system message notification method and user equipment, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a radio resource control layer of user equipment, a network configuration message sent by a network side, where the network configuration message includes a data service access control parameter; and when a value of the data service access control parameter is 0, sending, by the radio resource control layer, a first notification message to a non-access stratum of the user equipment, where the first notification message is used to indicate that the user equipment is barred from accessing a data service. In the embodiments, a user is notified immediately after a message indicating that the data service is barred is received, so that the user can correctly perform a data service connection operation.

A packet processing method, a forwarding device, and a packet processing system are applied to a switch, a router, or another device or system in which a control plane and a forwarding plane are separated. In the packet processing method, the forwarding device obtains a first forwarding table that corresponds to a first packet and that is configured by a control device, where the first forwarding table includes at least one data structure, and the at least one data structure includes a field value type and content corresponding to the field value type. Then, the forwarding device processes the first packet based on a field value type in the at least one data structure and content corresponding to the field value type, to obtain a field value of a field value type. Therefore, packet processing efficiency is improved.

The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for selecting a relay in D2D communication. The method includes: determining, by a relay selection device, link quality of a first link of each candidate relay UE in a candidate relay UE list, where the candidate relay UE list includes at least one candidate relay UE, and the first link of each candidate relay UE is a radio link between each candidate relay UE and a base station; and determining target relay UE from the candidate relay UE list according to the link quality of the first link of each candidate relay UE in the candidate relay UE list, where the target relay UE is used for relaying data transmitted between first UE and the base station.

One example method includes receiving, by a terminal, indication information sent by a base station, where the indication information indicates a precoding matrix in a first precoding matrix set and a transmission rank corresponding to the precoding matrix, and the precoding matrix is used to precode transmit data streams at r transmission layers to obtain signals to be sent on N transmission ports of the terminal; and when r>1, a nonscalar part of a precoding matrix whose transmission rank is r in the first precoding matrix set is obtained by combining columns in nonscalar parts of r precoding matrices, and the r precoding matrices are precoding matrices selected from all precoding matrices whose transmission ranks are 1; and determining, by the terminal based on the indication information, the precoding matrix for precoding the transmit data streams.

Methods for transmitting a channel state information-reference signals (CSI-RS) and a base station are provided, where the example method includes aggregating, by the base station, first configuration modes of K CSI-RSs to form a second configuration mode of the CSI-RSs, where K is an integer greater than or equal to 2, where each of the first configuration modes is a configuration mode of X ports, where a value of X is 2, 4, or 8, and where the first configuration mode includes a position of a resource element corresponding to each of the X ports. The second configuration mode is a configuration mode of X*K ports, and the second configuration mode includes a position of a resource element corresponding to each of the X*K ports. The method further includes sending, by the base station, a CSI-RS to user equipment UE using the second configuration mode of the CSI-RSs.

The method includes: generating, by a network device, indication information, where the indication information is used to instruct a terminal device to directly transmit uplink data on a channel resource without performing listen before talk (LBT), the channel resource is an unlicensed spectrum resource preempted by the network device through listen before talk LBT, and a first time interval between a moment at which transmission of downlink data on the channel resource ends and a moment at which the terminal device is scheduled to start the transmission of the uplink data is less than or equal to a preset time interval; and sending, by the network device, the indication information to the terminal device.

A method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink data in a licensed-assisted access (LAA) system are provided. The method includes: receiving mode configuration indication information sent by a network device, where the mode configuration indication information is used to indicate that a synchronous hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) mode and an asynchronous HARQ mode are configured for uplink transmission of user equipment on an unlicensed carrier; and performing uplink transmission on the unlicensed carrier using the synchronous HARQ mode or the asynchronous HARQ mode and according to the mode configuration indication information.
