Abstract: This application provides a feedback information sending method and apparatus and a feedback information receiving method and apparatus. A communications device to which the foregoing methods are applied sends or receives feedback information by using different feedback processes. When a network device does not determine whether a previous piece of feedback information is successfully received, the network device indicates a terminal device to send feedback information of a next piece of downlink data by using a new feedback process, and can schedule the next piece of downlink data without waiting for completion of processing of the previous piece of feedback information, thereby reducing a transmission delay.

The method includes: performing, by a sending device, LBT; and sending, by the sending device, a first channel occupancy signal after the LBT succeeds, where the first channel occupancy signal is used to indicate, to a first receiving device that receives the first channel occupancy signal, a to-be-protected channel occupancy time on a channel occupied by the sending device after the LBT succeeds. According to the foregoing solution, a collision between devices that need to perform transmission can be avoided, thereby improving communication efficiency.

According to the method provided in this application, contention window CW update can be determined based on a HARQ feedback for a data packet, to improve communication efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a transmission method and an apparatus thereof. Abstract: A signal transmission method and apparatus are described. A network device indicates an uplink transmission resource to a terminal by using first indication information, and the terminal transmits a PUCCH and a first signal on the uplink transmission resource indicated by the first indication information. The uplink transmission resource is within an unlicensed frequency band, and the first signal includes one or more of a PUSCH, an SRS, and a PRACH. Thus, if resources required for PUCCH transmission are fewer than resources included in one interlace in the unlicensed frequency band, a remaining resource in the interlace may be used to transmit the first signal.

Abstract: A tracking reference signal (TRS) burst transmission method and apparatus wherein a transmit end determines to send a first TRS burst in the first slot in a maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT), that is, the TRS burst is sent at a start moment of the MCOT, so that a receive end can obtain precise time-frequency synchronization as soon as possible. In addition, when a length of a first MCOT is greater than Y slots, in addition to sending the first TRS burst in the first slot in the MCOT, it is further determined to send a second TRS burst in a slot that is in the first MCOT and whose distance to a start slot of a previous TRS burst is Y slots, to improve effectiveness of the time-frequency synchronization and further improve the reliability of receiving the data at the receive end.
