    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a communication method, an apparatus, and a system in a wireless communications system. In the method, a terminal device detects a physical downlink control channel PDCCH sent by a network device, the PDCCH carries indication information, and the indication information is used to indicate a type of system information; the terminal device determines, based on the indication information, a physical resource carrying the system information; and the terminal device receives the system information on the physical resource. Based on this method, a network device can flexibly indicate a type of system information that needs to be sent.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a communication method, an apparatus, and a system in a wireless communications system. In the method, a network device and a terminal device determine M resource element group bundles in a control resource set. The network device sends a control channel on resources corresponding to the M resource element group bundles. The terminal device detects the control channel on the resources corresponding to the M resource element group bundles, where M is greater than or equal to 1. The control resource set includes B resource element group resource element group bundles. By using the method, resource configuration efficiency in a communications system is improved.

    Abstract: This application provides a transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal sends a random access preamble to a base station at a first transmit power, and sends a PUSCH to the base station at a second transmit power, where power deviation between the first transmit power and the second transmit power is indicated to the base station by using indication information; and the terminal receives a random access response or a contention resolution message from the base station. Implementing this application can improve an existing random access procedure, so that the random access procedure is adapted to scenario requirements such as low delay, high reliability, and large-scale terminal access.

    Abstract: A candidate control channel resource determining method and apparatus are provided. Under the method, a first and a second aggregation level can be determined by a terminal. The aggregation level is a quantity of control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel. The first aggregation level is less than the second aggregation level. Control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel set corresponding to the second aggregation level form a first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level. One of the first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level can be determined as a target set based on an identifier of the terminal. A control channel resource element occupied by each candidate control channel in the target set can be determined.
