Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a copyright authorization management method and system. The method includes: obtaining owner-of-copyright information; sending a contract determining notification to a corresponding owner-of-copyright client based on the owner-of-copyright information, where the contract determining notification carries copyright-related information of a to-be-authorized work; receiving transaction information returned by the owner-of-copyright client, where the transaction information includes contract information determined by an owner of copyright based on the copyright-related information; obtaining a valid contract transaction based on the transaction information, where the valid contract transaction includes signatures satisfying a preset-quantity rule; and implementing persistence of the valid contract transaction in a block chain. In technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, online contract signing and persistence of a signed contract are implemented based on the block chain. This improves copyright authorization efficiency, and ensures that the contract is unique, trustworthy, and unalterable.

Abstract: A method includes collecting an original signal in a specified time interval, performing combined acceleration processing on the original signal to obtain a combined acceleration signal, combining n data points of the combined acceleration signal into one data segment, extracting a feature point of the data segment, transforming feature points of all data segments into a feature point signal, analyzing the feature point signal to obtain a stable stage and a fluctuation stage of the feature point signal, performing interference period elimination on the feature point signal with the stable stage and the fluctuation stage according to a specified motion rule to obtain a second feature point signal, and counting a quantity of wave crests of the second feature point signal, where the quantity of wave crests is a quantity of steps.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for copyright rights defense detection are provided. The method includes: sending a metadata query request to a copyright handling apparatus; receiving a metadata query response that is sent by the copyright handling apparatus and that includes feature metadata; obtaining a rights-to-be-defended content feature corresponding to the feature metadata from a feature database; sending a license query request to a license processing apparatus; receiving a license query response that is sent by the license processing apparatus and that includes license information; and performing rights defense detection for a copyright based on the obtained rights-to-be-defended content feature and the license information. Rights defense detection can be performed for a copyright by any rights defense detection service apparatus.
