    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for data transfer with energy harvesting (EH). EH may offer zero-energy consumption data communication. EH may impose intermittent connection drops due to battery shortage. If a certain condition is met (e.g., battery shortage), the RRC state or DRX/DTX configuration may be switched and data transfer operation may be suspended. EH may be performed to charge the battery/capacitor of the WTRU in the changed RRC state (e.g., new RRC state) or in a changed DRX/DTX operation (e.g., new DRX/DTX operation). If the state is transitioned or the DRX/DTX configuration is changed, protocol times (e.g., via all protocol timers) may be suspended and the user data maintained so that the transmitter and the receiver entities may resume data communication without any data loss or with very small loss of data.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, and instrumentalities are described herein relate to explicit requests for flight path statuses. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit a first message indicating flight path information is available. The WTRU may receive a second message including a flight path reporting configuration. The flight path reporting configuration may request the flight path information. The flight path reporting configuration may include at least one of: a number of waypoints; whether to include timestamp information; or a configuration to periodically report flight path information updates. The WTRU may transmit an initial flight path message within a third message. At a configured periodicity, the WTRU may evaluate whether the flight path information has changed since a previous flight path report was transmitted.

    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may be configured to receive configuration information from a network indicating first reporting behavior and second reporting behavior to be applied when reporting measurements associated with a beam. The configuration information may indicate a condition associated with a height of the WTRU, a speed of the WTRU, and/or a location of the WTRU. The WTRU may be configured to determine whether the condition associated with the height of the WTRU, the speed of the WTRU, and/or the location of the WTRU has been satisfied. The WTRU may be configured to send a report indicating the beam measurements of the candidate set of cells using the first reporting behavior or the second reporting behavior based on whether the condition associated with the height of the WTRU, the speed of the WTRU, and/or the location of the WTRU has been satisfied.
