Abstract: Disclosed are systems, devices, methods and computer-readable medium products that implement a vibrational event by a wearable drug delivery device. The wearable drug delivery device includes vibrational actuators that vibrate in response to a control signal from a controller. The controller may be controlled by an external device that issues command signals with instructions related to settings of the vibrational event. The vibrational event settings may be modified based on signals received from sensors on the wearable drug delivery device. The vibrational events may be implemented as an element of a site maintenance plan that alleviates the degeneration of tissue at one or more body attachment sites of the wearable drug delivery device.
