    Abstract: Object depth estimation based on coded imaging is improved in terms of practicality. An imaging system is provided to include: an imaging apparatus including an optical system and an imaging apparatus and configured to perform coded imaging on an object under use of the optical system and the imaging apparatus; a temperature specifying section configured to specify an environmental temperature of the imaging apparatus; a function specifying section configured to specify a point spread function used for decoding a captured image on the basis of the specified environmental temperature; and a depth estimating section configured to estimate a depth of the object at each position from the optical system by decoding the captured image of the imaging apparatus under use of the specified point spread function.
