Abstract: A stretchable device includes a resin base member, a signal line, and a strain gauge. The resin base member includes: bodies disposed separately from each other; and hinges that couple the bodies while meandering. Each hinge includes: a base and bends. The bends include a first bend coupled to the base. The first bend includes a first inner peripheral portion and a first outer peripheral portion with respect to a center in a width direction orthogonal to a length direction in which the hinge extends. The base includes an inner peripheral coupling portion coupled to the first inner peripheral portion and an outer peripheral coupling portion coupled to the first outer peripheral portion with respect to the center in the width direction. The signal line is provided to the hinge. An imaginary center line passing through the center of the signal line overlaps the outer peripheral coupling portion.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a stretchable device includes: a stretchable substrate comprising bodies and hinges that couple the bodies to each other; and a pair of stretchable resins with the stretchable substrate interposed therebetween. The stretchable device includes a detection region in which a load is capable of being detected and a non-detection region when viewed in a stacking direction in which the stretchable substrate and the stretchable resins overlap. One or more of the hinges are detection hinges each provided with a strain gauge. All of the detection hinges overlap the detection region when viewed in the stacking direction. The stretchable resins each includes: a bonded region that overlaps the non-detection region when viewed in the stacking direction and is bonded to the stretchable substrate; and an unbonded region that overlaps the detection region when viewed in the stacking direction and is not bonded to the stretchable substrate.

Abstract: A stretchable device includes a resin base member, strain gauges, and electrical wiring. The strain gauges include a longitudinal strain gauge and a lateral strain gauge. The electrical wiring includes an electrical wiring line for longitudinal strain and an electrical wiring line for lateral strain. The electrical wiring line for longitudinal strain and the electrical wiring line for lateral strain each include a first potential line, a second potential line, a coupling line, a first signal line, and a second signal line. The first signal line detects a third potential at a first coupling point where the second end of the corresponding strain gauge is coupled to the second potential line. The second signal line detects a fourth potential at a midpoint of the coupling line. The amount of change in resistance of each strain gauge is detected based on a difference between the third potential and the fourth potential.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a stretchable device includes: a resin base member; and an array layer stacked on the resin base member. The resin base member includes: bodies separated from each other; and hinges that couple the bodies. Each hinge includes bends. Each bend is divided into an inner peripheral portion positioned on an inner side and an outer peripheral portion positioned on an outer side with respect to a center serving as a boundary in a width direction intersecting a direction in which the bend extends. The inner peripheral portions included in one of the hinges constitute an inner peripheral region. The outer peripheral portions included in one of the hinges constitute an outer peripheral region. The array layer includes gauge lines overlapping the respective hinges. At least part of each gauge line overlaps one of the inner peripheral region and the outer peripheral region alone.
