Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a bracket for stacking heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) units. The bracket includes a corner portion having a first raised section and an alignment protrusion that extends from the corner portion. The bracket also includes a first arm extending from the corner portion, where the first arm includes a second raised section at a first end of the first arm, and where a first strap recess is formed between the first raised section and the second raised section. The bracket further includes a second arm extending from the corner portion, where the second arm includes a third raised section at a second end of the second arm, and where a second strap recess is formed between the first raised section and the third raised section.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a drive belt tensioner configured to adjust tension in a drive belt of a blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The drive belt tensioner includes a mounting bracket configured to couple directly to a blower housing that is configured to house a blower of the blower assembly. The drive belt tensioner further includes an idler pulley configured to contact the drive belt. A position of the idler pulley is adjustable relative to the mounting bracket to enable adjustment of the tension in the drive belt.

Abstract: In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a condensate level switch mounting assembly includes a condensate level switch having a mounting frame, a first bracket configured to fixedly attach to a condensate drain pan, and a second bracket having a mounting plate configured to engage with the mounting frame of the condensate level switch to secure the condensate level switch to the second bracket. The condensate level switch mounting assembly further includes a fastener assembly configured to couple the second bracket to the first bracket such that an angular position of the second bracket is adjustable relative to the first bracket.

Abstract: In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a latch assembly for an access panel of a housing includes a latch structure having a first surface, a second surface, and an intermediate step therebetween. The latch assembly also includes a fastener configured to facilitate coupling of the first surface to the access panel, and a locking system configured to engage with a structural support of the housing via the second surface. The locking system is configured to be rotated to secure the second surface to the structural support and rotated to release the second surface from the structural support.
