Abstract: A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a panel assembly having a first face and a second face terminating in a corner. The HVAC system also includes an end cap having a first surface and a second surface that are joined at a vertex. The end cap extends over the corner of the panel assembly such that the first surface of the end cap extends along the first face and the second surface of the end cap extends along the second face. The end cap includes a rib extending from the vertex and into a slot formed at the corner between the first face and the second face.

Abstract: A panel restrictor for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) unit includes a first bracket configured to couple to a structural support of the HVAC unit, where the first bracket includes a slot. The panel restrictor includes a second bracket configured to couple to a panel of the HVAC unit. An arcuate segment extends from the second bracket and is configured to extend through the slot. The panel restrictor also includes an engager configured to secure the arcuate segment within the slot at a plurality of discrete positions along the arcuate segment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a drive belt tensioner configured to adjust tension in a drive belt of a blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The drive belt tensioner includes a mounting bracket configured to couple directly to a blower housing that is configured to house a blower of the blower assembly. The drive belt tensioner further includes an idler pulley configured to contact the drive belt. A position of the idler pulley is adjustable relative to the mounting bracket to enable adjustment of the tension in the drive belt.

The condenser fan assembly is configured to translate between an operating position and a service position. The HVAC unit also includes a brace that is configured to extend from an enclosure of the HVAC unit to the condenser fan assembly to hold the condenser fan assembly in the service position.
