摘要： Apparatus for washing and dewatering pulp comprising rotatable press rolls including permeable outer surfaces and a casing comprising a vat in which the rolls are installed are disclosed. A feed for feeding the pulp through the gap between the vat and the outer surfaces of the press rolls is provided and the vat includes a vat segment providing at least one compartment between the vat segment and the casing, the at least one compartment extending along the longitudinal extension of one of the first and second rotatable press rolls and a pressure device to maintain the pressure in the at least one compartment corresponding to the pressure in the gap.

摘要： A press roll for washing pulp is disclosed, comprising a central drum and mantle section to which at least one perforated roll plate is attached, comprising a plurality of first and second chambers between the central drum and the roll plate. The chambers of each pair are separated from each other, the first chamber includes at least one inlet defining a radial flow path and the second chamber comprising at least one inlet defining a tangential flow path. At one end of the press roll, the first chamber includes a discharge and the second chamber is closed, and at the other end of the press roll, the second chamber includes an outlet and the first chamber is closed.

摘要： Apparatus for washing and dewatering pulp including a pair of rotatable press rolls with a permeable outer surface in a casing including a vat in which the press rolls are installed is provided. A gap is provided between the vat and the press rolls as well as means for feeding the pulp into the gap between the rolls and the vat includes a first segment partially enclosing the first roll and a second segment partially enclosing the second roll, and casing members for each segment are pivotable about axes of rotation to open and close the casing, and the distance between the axes of rotation is less than the sum of the outer diameter of the two press rolls.

摘要： The present invention relates to a washing apparatus (2) for washing of cellulose pulp, comprising a rotatable drum (4), a stationary support (6), a discharge device (8) that has an outlet orifice (9), a casing that surround the drum and that forms a longitudinal discharge opening (10) and a conveyer worm (12) arranged below the outlet orifice for reception and removal of washed pulp. The conveyer worm (12) is movably arranged relatively the support (6) between a first position (P1), in which the conveyer worm receives washed pulp during operation, and a second position (P2), in which the outlet orifice (9) is exposed and access to the drum (4) via the outlet orifice is possible for carrying out service, maintenance and inspection of the washing apparatus (2).
