摘要： It is to provide a novel compound useful for preventing and/or treating diseases that involves 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1, particularly diabetes, insulin resistance, diabetes complication, obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, or metabolic syndrome. It is an 1-adamantyl azetidin-2-one derivative represented by the following general formula (1) or salt thereof, or their solvate. 摘要： A heat exchanger has a core portion composed of several pairs of first and second plates laminated with and brazed to one another. Each of the first and second plates is composed a core member, a brazing filler layer formed on a surface of the core member, and a sacrifice layer formed on the other surface of the core member. For instance, to form a pair of the first and second plates, the first plate is formed with a convex portion with an opening portion, and a burring portion of the second plate is inserted into the opening portion and is plastically deformed such that the sacrifice layer of the second plate closely contacts the brazing filler metal layer of the first plate. Then the first and the second plates are brazed together.
