    摘要: An electromagnetic switch has a contact device having a pair of fixed contacts fixed inside an arc extinguishing chamber housing and a movable contact disposed to contact with and separate from the fixed contacts; and an electromagnetic device having a movable plunger moving between an opened position wherein the movable contact separates from the fixed contacts and a closed position wherein the movable contact contacts with the fixed contacts and pressed down. The arc extinguishing chamber housing is provided with permanent magnets to extinguish an arc generated at an opening time when the movable contact separates from the fixed contacts from a state in the closed position wherein the movable contact is contacting with the fixed contacts. In a state wherein the movable plunger is in the opened position, a magnetic circuit is formed starting from the permanent magnets and returning to the permanent magnets through the movable plunger.

    摘要: A contact device includes a pair of fixed contactors fixed to one side of an insulation container with a predetermined space therebetween and having a columnar shape with a tip end contact surface protruding at lease inside the insulation container, and a movable contactor disposed to be capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of fixed contactors. Surfaces of the pair of fixed contactors facing the movable contactor are formed of annular peripheral walls having a concave part at a center thereof. An annular arc is formed between the annular peripheral wall and the movable contactor when the contact device is in an open state.

    摘要: First fitting portions (9a and 9b) and second fitting portions (9c and 9d) are arranged in a hook shape on the bottom (3a) of a housing to face each other. The first fitting portions are fittingly engaged to one rail edge (2a) of a rail (2) in the width direction and the second fitting portions are fittingly engaged to the other rail edge (2b) of the rail. A linear spring (10) bent in a mountain shape is disposed on the bottom of the housing. The linear spring elastically deforms to reduce the inclination angle of the mountain by contacting the end surface of the one rail edge engaged to the first fitting portions. The urging force of the linear spring urges the rail such that the other rail edge is pressed by the second fitting portions.

A mounting unit (3) for an electromagnetic contactor can be mounted on electromagnetic contactors (2a, 2b) having on a unit attaching portion (6b) a contactor-side mounting preventing portion (6f) that prevents mounting by engagement when a non-mountable unit, which cannot be mounted, is mounted. In the mounting unit (3), a unit main body (39) is provided with a mounting preventing transfer member (51) that forms a unit-side mounting preventing portion (54) that engages with a contactor-side mounting preventing portion (6f) when mounted on the electromagnetic contactors (2a, 2b) and prevents mounting of the non-mountable unit on a unit mounting portion (3g) onto which the non-mountable units (5a, 5b) are mounted.

The fixed contact includes a pair of flat plate conductive bodies disposed and fixed to maintain a predetermined interval. The movable contact includes a flat plate conductive body disposed to face the pair of flat plate conductive bodies of the fixed contact and capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of flat plate conductive bodies. Current paths wherein each of the current paths has a current flowing in a same direction are formed at least two side portions of the flat plate conductive bodies of the fixed contact and movable contact mutually facing each other in a width direction.

    摘要: A reversible unit (10) is attached by being mounted over a pair of adjacently disposed electromagnetic contactors (1a) and (1b). The reversible unit (10) includes a pair of interlock plates (11) and (12), a lock piece (13), and a unit case (10b) accommodating the pair of interlock plates (11) and (12) and the lock piece (13). The lock piece (13) rotates in a first direction with the movement of one of the interlock plates (12) in a turn-on operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors (1a) to prevent the movement of the other interlock plate (11), and rotates in a second direction different from the first direction with the movement of the other interlock plate (11) in a turn-on operation of the other electromagnetic contactor (1b) to prevent the movement of one of the interlock plates (12). The unit case (10b) is provided with a lock piece display window (10g) which allows determination of the rotation of the lock piece (13) in the first direction or the second direction.
