摘要： A negative power supply control circuit which controls a negative voltage regulator circuit based on a positive voltage control signal, the negative power supply control circuit including: a control signal input terminal; a negative voltage input terminal; a negative voltage control signal output terminal; a voltage current conversion circuit; a first current source; and a first clamp circuit, wherein the first clamp circuit clamps a voltage at a first intermediate point between the first clamp circuit and the first current source by limiting a current flowing in the first clamp circuit according to the voltage at the first intermediate point in a period when a current flows in the voltage current conversion circuit, and the negative voltage control signal is generated based on a voltage or a current in a current path through the voltage current conversion circuit, the first clamp circuit and the first current source.
