摘要: Disclosed is a semiconductor integrated circuit device including: a switching transistor connected between a voltage input terminal where DC voltage is input and a voltage output terminal; a discharging transistor connected between the voltage output terminal and a ground point; an external terminal where a control signal of an external device is input; and a control circuit including a logic circuit and controlling and turning on or off the switching transistor and the discharging transistor based on the control signal. Upon the control signal input to the external terminal being at a first logic level, the logic circuit generates a signal that turns on the switching transistor and turns off the discharging transistor. Upon the control signal being at a second logic level, the logic circuit generates a signal that turns off the switching transistor and turns on the discharging transistor.

摘要: A power supply semiconductor IC includes: an output transistor connected between a voltage-input terminal and a voltage-output terminal; a control circuit that controls the output transistor based on a feedback voltage of an output voltage; a current-limit circuit that limits an output current of the output transistor such that the output current is not equal to or greater than a current limit; a first transistor constituting a current-mirror circuit with the output transistor; a short-circuit-fault detection circuit that detects a short circuit of the voltage-output terminal based on a voltage across a resistor connected in series to the first transistor; and a first output terminal that outputs a detection result of the short-circuit-fault detection circuit. The current limit is within a detection range of the short-circuit-fault detection circuit. The short-circuit-fault detection circuit detects a short circuit of the voltage-output terminal even while the current limit circuit limits the output current.

摘要: A regulator circuit includes an output controlling transistor and a controller circuit. The output controlling transistor is connected between a voltage input terminal and an output terminal. The controller circuit includes an error amplifier circuit which controls the output controlling transistor according to an output feedback voltage. The error amplifier circuit includes a differential input stage, an output stage and a current increasing/decreasing circuit. The differential input stage includes input transistors and a current source. The output stage includes a current source and a transistor connected in series with the current source and amplifies a potential at one output node of the differential input stage. The current increasing/decreasing circuit includes an element having a temperature characteristic, and increases or decreases a current of the differential input stage or the current of the output stage according to the temperature characteristic.

摘要: A regulator includes a transistor connected between an input and an output. A feedback voltage controls the transistor to keep the output voltage constant. A first circuit functions as a comparator to compare a detection voltage from the output of the transistor and the feedback voltage when the output current is higher than a predetermined value, and functions as a buffer when the output current is lower than the predetermined value. A second circuit receives a reference voltage, the feedback voltage, and an output from the first circuit, and generates (i) a difference between the feedback voltage and the first circuit output when the reference voltage is lower than the first circuit output, and (ii) a difference voltage between the feedback voltage and the reference voltage when the reference voltage is higher than the first circuit output, and supplies a control voltage to control the output of the transistor.

摘要: A vehicle control system which can ensure high reliability, real-time processing, and expandability with a simplified ECU configuration and a low cost by backing up an error through coordination in the entire system without increasing a degree of redundancy of individual controllers beyond the least necessary level. The vehicle control system comprises a sensor controller for taking in sensor signals indicating a status variable of a vehicle and an operation amount applied from a driver, a command controller for generating a control target value based on the sensor signals taken in by the sensor controller, and an actuator controller for receiving the control target value from the command controller and operating an actuator to control the vehicle, those three controller being interconnected via a network. The actuator controller includes a control target value generating unit for generating a control target value based on the sensor signals taken in by the sensor controller and received by the actuator controller via the network when the control target value generated by the command controller is abnormal, and controls the actuator in accordance with the control target value generated by the control target value generating unit.

摘要: A distributed system performs fault identification using inter-node monitoring so as to locate a fault with high reliability and ensure consistent recognition about the situation of the fault occurrence among nodes. The process is synchronized with a communication cycle. If a system does not need to perform the fault identification as often as every communication cycle, the frequency of the fault identification should be decreased so as to reduce a load for CPU processing and a consumption of a communication band per unit time.A distributed system of the present invention includes plural nodes that are connected to each other via a network. Each of the nodes includes a fault-monitoring section, a transmission and reception section, and a fault-identification section. The fault-monitoring section monitors a fault in other nodes. The transmission and reception section transmits and receives data to detect the fault in other nodes via the network. The fault-identification section identifies which node has the fault based on the data. The fault-monitoring section uses one or more communication cycles as a monitoring period; the communication cycles are synchronized between the nodes.
